Spacious, modern villa with private swimming pool and sea view

The villa was everything and more than we hoped. The pool was a highlight and a very generous size. Bedrooms all spacious and clean and equipped with fans and air conditioning. Paula and Arie were fantastic hosts and always on hand if we had any queries. Thank you again for a lovely holiday.

We had a great week in this gorgeous villa, lots of space and the highlight is the outdoor space and the good sized swimming pool. Kitchen was well equipped for lunches and bbqs. Owners live next door but are not intrusive and leave you to enjoy the holiday. Carvoeiro is a beautiful town with many restaurants and lovely walks, although very hilly! The only slight negative is that we weren’t aware of the tourist tax as it wasn’t mentioned in the listing (we never thought to check) and we were only asked for this two days before leaving. We would have preferred to have been told on check in.Overall this a great property and you won’t be disappointed!

This property is in a central location in west Algarve . It was spacious for 6 adults , and had all the necessary amenities . The home is clean , cozy and yet spacious . The grounds well kept and an amazing large pool . 5 minute car ride to various supermarkets and beaches . Our hosts were always available for questions . Memories were made in this incredible Vila !!

Instead of a 80th birthday party we rented the property for one month and invited family and friends to visit us. It was a great success.The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. The pool and patio area made for wonderful social gatherings.The location was ideal for us. Peaceful but easy to reach the town centre, the lovely cliff top walks and local shops. We reccommend having a car at this property - plenty of parking space.Paula and Arie were perfect hosts, quickly respoding to our requests and providing exceptional support during a local crisis when builders in a neighbouring property broke through the water supply.Cecilia who cleans the property was a great asset to us with frequent and uneven changeover dates for our guests. She always managed to accommodate our schedules.Plenty of excellent places to eat nearby including the VIP service from 'Mamma Mia!, an italian restaurant owed by the hosts. Reccommend this property.

Just as advertised. Easy to get to the ocean and towns. Good location for exploring the coastline.

Great house, large & spacious. Everything you could want. 20 mins walk into Carvoeira. Spar shop 10 mins walk away. Owners Arie & Paula readily available should you need anything.

Communication was excellent and very easy. Check in was perfect. The house is just as described. It is in a great location. House has everything you need. My only complaint is the lighting in the house but such and easy fix.

We enjoyed our visit very much, Arie and Paula advised regarding hikes and heated the pool as it was cool in the evening. This is a great spot for access to many outdoor activities.

Spacious villa with a well equiped kitchen. Modern furniture inside and out, all the beds were very comfortable. Sunbeds were also comfortable. The outside photos do not do the villa justice, there is far more space than you think. Will stay again.

My family loved our stay here. It was super quiet but yet a short walk to all the action. If you have a car, there's easy parking and this area is super central to all the great spots in the Algarve. The private pool was a lovely touch and the home was very spacious for our group of 5. The owners do live right next door so they are nearby/on site should you need anything.

Couldnt fault the property in anyway. Was exactly as adverised and fulfilled our requirements perfectly. A perfect quiet location ten minutes from town. People were friendly and helpful.

Everything was a 5. Location, walked to Carvoeiro every day but rented a car for the other close by towns/ small cities. The size of the property and the home were both large. Appreciated the amenities such as the stove / oven, refrigerator, washer, dishwasher. Owner was incredible. The pool was sooo clean and a real attraction. Swam everyday. Utilized the BBQ, it was very clean, lots of quality outdoor furniture and was utilized. Our group was very pleased that we selected this location for our holiday. Thank You

Central location, close to hiking, beaches and great food. The host is very kind and responsive, if you have questions or need anything her and her husband are just a phone call away. The description online is accurate, the only surprise was the host lives on site in another home just across the large driveway. They are in no way intrusive or do you feel like you don't have privacy. Both homes have fences around their own backyards, we were just surprise that they lived on site. It would not stop us from renting the home again, they were wonderful host's and the house was great!!
