Quiet vacation home in a fantastic location with heated private pool Wifi 500

The villa had lovely outdoor space and pool area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, it is in a very nice area.Communication was excellent

This is a beautiful villa. It is exactly as described, had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. We have stayed in other villas in Carvoeiro but this is our favourite by far. The communication with Martin was excellent and the property manager Kerstin was so friendly and helpful. We have already booked for next year and cannot wait to return.

The property is fantastic! It was spacious, clean, air conditioned and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday.The pool was wonderful and was cleaned regularly without any disturbance. Kirsten was so warm and welcoming. Couldn’t fault the property or the service. We had a brilliant 10 days! Thanks for having us!

The pool was a highlight (heated!) and the property is very beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous and there is a secondary toilet off the kitchen which was a bonus! Comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning. Kersten checked us in and out and she was fabulous!! So communicative and lovely. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation for our family.

Enjoyed our stay at the villa. Martin was very responsive when booking the property and Kerstin the property manager helped with any questions we had. Got the pool heated which is a must for this time of year. The villa is in a quiet area and quite close to the centre of Carvoeiro.

We stayed for a week at the Villa. The walk into town was easy and beautiful. The pool was refreshing and the view from the rooftop patio was a fantastic place to watch the sunset with a drink.

Everything was perfect. House, garden, welcoming , we enjoyed and recommand! It is so peacefull in the charming town of Carvoeiro. We went to the beach by feet in 15mn, supermarket and restaurants at 5 mn. With a car, close to other touristic towns.

Fantastic villa in a lovely complex. With a spa supermarket onsite and a great restaurant only 5 mins walk. The Square with a bar and several more restaurants is about 10 mins walk and worth a visit. The town and beach are approx. 15 mins downhill but a steep walk back. Overall an extremely hilly resort. The villa itself is very well equipped and the pool heating worth every penny! The pool area is spacious and very well kept and had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The roof terrace was a great place to watch the sunset. Kerstin the property manager, could not do enough for us and promptly sorted the couple of minor issues we had. She was also a very welcoming face on arrival. Overall the villa was everything we were hoping for and would highly recommend. Thank you again Martin & Kerstin! :)

Great Villa, everything you need for a perfect holiday in a lovely area and close to everything you could possibly need

This villa was ideal for our stay in Carvoeiro, only a 7 minute walk to the local shop and 11 minutes to the closest bars and restaurants in the square. 15 minutes to the main beach and restaurants etc. This meant it was far enough away from all the hustle and bustle that it remained peaceful but still close enough to walk. On arrival we met Kerstin the property manager who was very friendly and showed us around. Martin had left a bottle of water and wine which was a nice gesture. Great pool and outdoor areas with plenty of chairs and loungers. A beautiful view from the roof terrace in particular! We are glad that we decided to pay for the pool heating as it was the perfect temperature for us with this! The house itself was great; spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Beds are very comfy! The only issue we found was the sliding fly screen door at the front which kept coming off but we got used to that eventually. Overall we can’t fault this lovely little villa and it will remain a fantastic memory for us, as my partner proposed on the roof terrace on the very first night ☺️ Thanks again to Martin & Kerstin!
