Luxurious and elegant beachfront villa with a heated pool!

We stayed in this house with 2 other families for spring break. The house was perfect for us. It was big enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other and we all had plenty of our own space. The house is located in a neighborhood where we could walk to several shops and restaurants. We hired Chef Daveed services and Samuel and Gabby took care of us all week. I can’t recommend them enough! Only downside for us was the beach is very rocky so it’s not a space where the kids could play football, etc. Once you get out into the water past the rockiness there is an incredible reef to snorkel. We absolutely loved this house!

The house was in perfect condition, the wonderful cleaners came every day. Our connections to our VRB concierge were always immediate and very, very helpful I honestly think this was the best Vrbo experience we have ever had. I also highly recommend hiring the chefs which our concierge got for us.Fantastic!

The kitchen was much better than we expected. The onsite staff made the experience very enjoyable. They provided water shoes so that it was ineasy to get into the rocky entry beach. It was very spacious and comfortable, and fit us all very well. The out side area was really nice, had lots of amenities for the pool and ocean, and this made it very enjoyable for our family members of all ages. the staff were super friendly and helpful, and kept the house really clean all week for us. We felt very taken care of.

The property was awesome. It fit our needs perfectly. One bedroom on first floor perfect for our 80 year old mother so no climbing stairs. Elevator was not working but probably a good thing as the younger kids would not abuse it. The beach area was smaller than we expected but still wonderful view from the house to the ocean. Most photos taken were from the palm tree in front of pool. Awesome views. Staff was great and pleasant. We would return if we take another family trip to Akumal.

We enjoyed the property and its space was on point. The areas to relax inside and out were just what our group needed. The house staff was friendly and attentive. The management group was so helpful and no ask was too big or small. We will be back!

Home is beautiful and well supplied with kitchen stuff, paper goods, treated water coolers, pool chairs, 3 kayaks, 6 bikes, etc. Rooms huge, each with own bath and ocean views. Great pool (we had it heated). Beach is rocky till get out a ways, where snorkeling is good. Walkable to stores, restraunts, pharmacy. Safe some reviews indicate, the usual minor issues with ocean front home in Mexico (some furniture a bit worn, doors or windows hard to operate, frig a little temperamental in cooling) but none of these little things spoiled our week. We plan on going here again next year!

Love to use the kayaks and snorkel right in the bay in front of the house. Close to restaurants and shops and just a great place for a family trip with small kids.

Having walking access to a couple great restaurants and a quick golf cart ride to a bunch of great food was amazing. We loved sitting in the pool and listening to the ocean and the layout made it easy for people to get rest upstairs, or people to party the night away downstairs at the same time. The fridge is huge and we cooked a beautiful Wahoo fish dinner that we caught the day before. La Buena vida was one of our favorite food spots, and the jungle cafe was the best place for breakfast and coffee/juices. The management was a quick email or whatsapp message away always and set up tons of taxis and massages pretty much anything we could need. LOVED IT
