Lux Beachfront House W/ Private Pool on Banks Rd. Walk to Tippy's!

Snorkeling, stars and sunsets! This place has it all. Waves and fluffy pink sand for my kid and really great snorkeling for me. Sunrise from the deck, and sunset from the heated pool. Walk on the beach under moonlight and stars to 2 very tasty restaurants. House was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, plus was close to town for groceries and what not. Can’t wait to return!

The additional cottage is great to give some space for our friends that like to sleep in. The view from the back deck is beautiful. I love waking up and having my morning coffee looking at the ocean. The beach is just a few steps below which makes it super convenient not to have to pack anything. Steve has lounge chairs, beach chairs and kayaks for use. The pool is perfect for a later swim or just using the grill and relaxing Tippy’s the best bar on the island is just a short walk if you’re hungry for lunch or want to have an afternoon cocktail. The only thing we wish is that we could rent Aqua Villa a few days longer. It is only an Sat-Sat rental and two weeks is too long for some of us. A ten day rental would be perfect. Overall, we absolutely love this house and can’t wait to return to Aqua Villa and Eluthera!

We rarely, ifever, travel to the same destination twice, much less stay in the same place, but we would ABSOLUTELY go back to Aqua Villa in a heartbeat.

We will request a few improvements for our net visit. 1) That the property be fogged to reduce the no-see-ums (This would apply to any property) and 2) that the very loud squeaks of the bed in the master bedroom be addressed. Aqua Villa is our favorite rental on Eleuthera. We've stayed here many times, and it remains our favorite. Everything here is in great shape. Location is superb for everything. We'll return again as we have many times prior.

She sent lots of information about the island, restaurants, shopping, etc. She was quick to respond, and everything was as we had hoped. Aqua Villa is all the space you need. It's open and has a wall of stunning views of the ocean and beach. The house has been taken care of and has a back up generator, which is great since power goes off every now and then...this is all part of the adventure of Eleuthera though and we didn't mind at all:) Best vacation ever!
