New Luxury Home Pink Sand Beach w/Heated Pool

The house was stunning just as advertised. The beach was beautiful. The home was beautifully decorated We have rented several houses and this house stood high above all the rest. Comfortable beds, lots of room, wonderful outside space around the pool. Very secluded, which my husband really enjoyed. Misty, our contact lady was very helpful and responded when we contacted her in a timely manner. Could not be more satisfied with the property.

We had a great time at Pineapple House. The location was ideal, close to Governor's Harbour and walking distance to Sammy's pool bar. The outdoor space was so nice, plenty of sun and shade. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We appreciated all of the beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkel gear and lots of towels. Pineapple House is a beautiful property. We hope to return again!

From it’s inviting entrance with a lovely porch and porch swing to the crystal pineapple lantern exterior lighting around its perimeter. Beautiful landscaping, shrubs, palms and flowering bushes and greenery that made us already feel that we would soon be entering a home that provided a level of hospitality we always remember.The front door opened into a large great room with a breathtaking view of the ocean view and pool flanked by tall swaying palms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a good chef might need to prepare wonderful meals in a beach setting of cool blues and whites. The furniture was spacious, comfortable and cozy for our family of three couples, two toddlers and two babies. Everything was clean, tidy and well organized! An adjacent room to the kitchen provided easy access to a pantry for food storage, a washer and dryer, drinking water, coffee and bar. It’s was nice to have this set apart to provide spacious kitchen island access for food prep and serving. The large dining room table was perfect for nice meals and its close access made serving and clean up easy. The large sectional sofa with pillows and throws was perfect for watching movies at the end of the day and the the owner had curated a great selection of books from Bob Newhart to Astronomy! All of the guest rooms were spacious, well organized, tidy and had they own ac units, adjacent bathrooms with on demand hot water showers. The mattresses, bedding and colors were amazing! We took lots of pictures to help us bring the same level of beauty and comfort to our own home. We paid extra to have the pool heated and we’re so happy we did! We were a family of five, the property was amazing and exactly as listed. Very clean, very comfortable, wonderful amenities, and fabulous location! The heated pool was perfect and the beach is absolutely stunning. We would definitely stay here again!

New construction with beautiful furnishings, fully functional kitchen, and amazing view. Backup generator worked seamlessly making the occasional power outages almost unnoticeable. We were two families of four and the property worked very well. We contributed a chest cooler to the stock of beach toys under the house and suspect all will get used by future guests.

It is very well equipped with kitchen dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. the ac in all rooms works very well and yhe beds are comfortable. There were plenty iof beach towels umbrellas chairs and floaties.The master closet was locked off which was bad for me as i yravel with clothes on hangers. There was salt and pepper and coffee. Thats it. We brought out own spices. The beach are is beautiful and not crowded. Yhe house is close to the middle of the island which is convenient. I would rent again.
