Incredible Property! Incredible Location!Do not hesitate or you will regret

Incredible Beach house with everything you could need! Views from every room in the house. Great layout for our family of 7. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. All of the kitchen gadgets you could need. Large amount of the following supplies toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, spices, etc. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, life jackets, snorkel gear, and pool floats/toys! Glad to have a washer/dryer for laundry. The highlight for the family was going back and forth from the beach to the pool. The house felt secluded and private surrounded by the lush landscaping. Matt was quick to respond to emails when booking the house and Sherry checked on us multiple times throughout our stay. It was true paradise!

Our stay on Eleuthera at Sandy Hill was great. The description of the villa is accurate. The amenities made it easy to enjoy meals at home in Sandy Hill, and the location made it easy to get to Governors Harbour (nearest town) for dinners, groceries … The Sandy Hill property has a world class beach good for snorkeling and walks. The pool area is set up for easy access. Pam was proactive keeping in touch with us before, during, and after the trip. Sherry is the on island property manager. She gave us great advice on where to eat, find fresh fish and any other things we needed. Overall Sandy Hill is an exceptional, well-managed property on a beautiful island. We'd gladly return to rent it again.

Beautiful location… great beach and home. There is a reef you can snorkel right off the beach from this property. This is on the sunrise side of the island, we enjoyed walks every morning. Overall a great choice in Governor’s Harbor.

The house was beautiful with perfect location on the beach and close to town and several great restaurants. The beach was very quiet and it felt like a private beach. Stunning views. The house fit us all comfortably and the outdoor space was amazing with some shade, some sun and lots of places to hang out. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great week!

Very nice house, beach, pool, views. The only thing I’d add is bring your own music as there’s no way to have it outside on the deck or pool area. The house has a lot of things ( individual AC units, lots of fans ) that aren’t easy to figure out, it would be nice if the housekeeper went through it with us to save time and frustration. Owner and manager are very nice.

The house is well appointed (lots of pool toys, spices, dishes etc.) Many places to enjoy the outside. Very nice furniture. We had Sheryl cook a Bahamaian dinner. Delicious We pre-ordered groceries to get us started and I highly recommend. The beach in front is heaven. You won't be sorry with this home.
