Reviewer Comments: From our very first interaction with Matt at Eleuthera Vacation Rentals to the warm welcome from Mona, the wonderful housekeeper, everything about booking and check-in was easy. The property itself is spectacular — perfect for our large group, as we rented both the main house and the cottage.There was plenty of space to come together, whether under the cabana, in the spacious living room, or around the dining table. Yet, for those seeking a little solitude, a lounge chair, hammock, or cozy porch nook offered the perfect escape. The upper porch boasts breathtaking views, while the lower level feels like a private retreat.The location was ideal, with the town and grocery store just a short walk away. And in just 12 minutes, we could sink our toes into the pink sand and turquoise waters of French Leave Beach. To make our stay even more special, we hired Brenda to cook local specialties on a few nights — giving everyone a true taste of Eleuthera and a break from the kitchen!A truly unforgettable stay! The house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and spacious interiors with many areas to gather. The outside pool, porches, cabana and lawn gave us lots to do and we could walk to town for coffee and sandwiches. The house has wonderful entertaining spaces and is well stocked. We highly recommend visiting all of the gorgeous beaches, bone fishing and having dinner at Tippy’s. We had a ball!

Two families totalling 8 stayed at Buccaneer Hill for a week. The house is great and there is lots of room, fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Pool and outdoor space is great. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We were 8 ladies celebrating 50th birthdays and 30 years of friendship! Everything about the home was perfect. The most amazing part being Mrs Millie…she took such good care of us and we left there feeling like family.

We all love good design and authentic surroundings so although this house wasn't right on the beach the home itself more than makes up for that. The beach was just a short drive (or walk) down the hill and the view from the house was spectacular. We enjoyed being just a stroll from the town of Gov. Harbor and walked into town often for meals and groceries. The home was nicely appointed. Everyone had the space and everything they needed. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the 2nd floor piazza sunset views. The housekeeper, Millie, looked after things for us and helped clean up in the mornings which was wonderful after a night of cooking. The homeowner was extremely helpful and accommodating especially when we all had to postpone our trip last year due to Covid. We would all love to stay again at BH! Highly recommend.
