Lic 11363/AL Wonderful 6 bed 5 bath house with heatable pool close to beach

Good accommodation for our 3 generation family group.Less than one hour travelling from Faro airport, with easy directions given by Andrew.The property was ideally located with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to Monte Gordo and all the shops and restaurants.The pool was an ideal size which we had heated because of the two babies and young children, which stayed warm at night with a practical cover.Andrew kindly provided an extra high chair and cot.There was a local pasteleria 3 minutes away, with fresh bread and pastries every day.A slight negative was that the house was a little tired in some area, but this was probably reflected in the price and that the property is up for sale.This did not detract from our enjoyment of the house in anyway, and we had a great holiday.

We enjoyed our time at Villa Eloise very much and a villa lift up to all our expectations. Lots of space for 12 adults and around the swimming pool and we made use of all the dining areas throughout the week. The villa is a five minute walk to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants locally and we were there to play paddle and that is readily available in Vila Real at the sports club

This property is a very good size and big enough for our party of 12. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and tables. As per the description the beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Nice beach bar and a great fish restaurant on the beach. There is also a lovely woodland walk running parallel with the beach that takes you to Monte Gordo in approximately 30 minutes. We walked easily with a pram.There is an Aldi nearby by taxi which cost less than 4 each way.There is a great outside BBQ area however the property next door is derelict and windows boarded up. The pool next door is full of stagnant green water that caused us problems with insects.One of the bathrooms had black mould on the ceiling. Also 2 of the bedrooms had quilts with no covers that were badly stained. This was quickly rectified after we reported it.The equipment in the games room has seen better days.Communication was quick with the property reps.

We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks in August 2024. The villa was perfect for 2 families, plenty of space for everyone individually but also to all be together. The pool was a good size for the group (5 adults and 5 kids) and all the things we needed, plus extras, were there for us to use. Location was great, 5 mins to lovely beach and a few beach bars, 5 mins the other way a shop and cafe with all essentials but also lovely food and fresh pastries at a great price! Men enjoyed local golf and we visited Monte Gordo frequently in evenings, Ubers are easy and cheap. We also visited Tavira a couple of times which was a bit further but a beautiful town. All comms with Andrew were quick and efficient and we used his recommendation of Edite for airport and golf transfers who was also lovely and very helpful! All in all we had a fantastic holiday!

We had a family vacation with 6 adults and 4 children (age 9 to 13 years). Arriving at the villa we found that it was fully in line with the description. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, a nice playroom which the children loved. We requested the pool to be heated and this added extra to the fun. The kitchen had lots of equipment. There was a nearby shop shop/bakery and the beach was indeed some 300 meters. Contacts with the owner were easy and requests were replied quickly. We enjoyed our stay and regretted we had to leave. This villa is certainly worth a visit for a vacation.

We had a very wonderful holiday in the Algarve region and our stay at the Casa Eloise was excellent. The property has everything we were looking for. Lots of room, indoor and outdoor entertaining and dining. A great pool and patio. Great location located near beaches, restaurants and beach villages and towns such as Monte Gordo. Andrew and Else were great hosts and Gardenia took care of our needs at the Casa. We also contracted Edite to provide tours and transportation and she was wonderful in our several adventures. The house is lovely, the listing is spot on and the pool just gorgeous. The house was brilliant value for money in my opinion, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could need etc. The living room area had space for our whole group to socialise together which was awesome. The host communicated quickly and clearly any time we had questions (both during and before the visit) and was generally very helpful and accomodating. The only criticisms my group had was that there were no soaps in the bathroom on arrival, no bin bags and only one toilet roll per bathroom; there were a few creepy crawly friends around inside inc cockroaches in the downstairs bathroom; and a few things were showing wear and tear a little e.g. a slightly rattly air conditioning unit and the air hockey table didn't really have air. The area the house was in was perfect for our group, we could walk to the beach in ~10 minutes, we could walk to the closest town in ~30 and then hired bikes which then took us further when wanted. Overall one of the best holidays I've been on and absolutely a villa I would go back to if the opportunity arises!

We have just returned from our holiday at Casa Elouise and it was pretty much perfect. Our family of 8 adults and 4 children found the property had everything we needed and particulary enjoyed the pool. We had it heated which meant the children could spend hours splashing around. The very near beach was gorgeous. We walked to Monte Gordo a few times where there were restaurants and shops. Especially enjoyed the ice creams there. We even spotted a chameleon on the way to the beach one day!

Glad to have returned to stay at this lovely villa. Enjoyed our time there, it’s lovely and spacious and the air con was much welcomed in the blazing heat. So many nice places to eat and drink and although it’s quite a walk to town it’s a nice one through the wooded area which provides a nice bit of shade.

Amazing property!! Everything is perfect. The location close to the beach. Clean and with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is a plus when it is hot outside. I recommend this place to everyone.
