The villa features three double bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suites and outside terraces. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with four single beds, which is ideal for a family or just for the kids. There is also an additional bathroom / cloakroom with shower. All bedrooms provide plenty of storage space with large built in wardrobes.

Villa 38 has a spacious open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto the garden outdoor dinning area and pool. Monte Gordo is an established holiday resort with a flat blue flag beach, stretching over 20km. This is ideal for warm weather training sessions. There are over 12km of off road tracks that can be found in the pine forests that lie between Vila Real de Santo António and Monte Gordo.

Ria Formosa Natural Reserve: The vast beaches and isles from Faro to Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the vast expanses of dunes and after those a labyrinth of lagoons and small sand isles, mud flats and canals. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered, because the sea penetrates right up to land, forming marches and salt marshes
