Stayed Feb 28, 2026We were very impressed with the house, beach and host. It is definitely clean and well stocked as advertised. Communication with Al the manager was excellent from start to finish. When an issue or question arose, Al was right on it. We loved the beach! It's not crowded and has really interesting rock formations as well as plenty of pure sand. The water was blue and warm during our stay in February. I would highly recommend for a large family or two small families.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025We had the perfect intimate wedding at La Dolce Vita on New Year’s Day. The house itself was flawless, beautifully maintained, fully stocked, and incredibly comfortable. We could not have been happier with the location or the amount of space it offered. The beach area provided a truly dreamy backdrop for our ceremony and photos. It was absolutely picture perfect. We would highly recommend this home for a holiday stay, a small family gathering, or a special occasion like ours.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025This was everything we could have ever wanted from a vacation. We rented the beach house for our wedding weekend, we live local but wanted to make it extra special. I could not even begin to express how amazing the entire experience was.The owner is available for anything you need, the house is better stocked than my own home, and it is sooooo clean. Every room has a view that leaves you forgetting what you were doing. It was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding, and start our lives.Key Features:-Private and easy kayak/paddle board launch. Both are provided and also life jackets.-Huge primary bathroom with his and hers showers, and a jacuzzi tub for 2. -Elevator to make loading easy-Perfect entertaining space with more games than you could ever play. Board games, card games, puzzles, xbox, play station and more.We may have just gotten married, but we are already planning a family vacation to come back.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Check in was very easy. We had some difficulty getting the stove top burners to work and the process for using them was not intuitive. We finally got the hang of it about Wednesday. The kitchen was about cramped with so many of us using it, but otherwise, it was fine.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We rented the house for a family vacation, which then turned into a place for our small wedding reception. The house is great, very spacious and take it serious when you read “fully stocked”, it really does have everything you could possibly need besides personal clothes and groceries. Everyone had so much fun with the paddle boards! The beach is very clean but the water in front of the house very rocky, so it’s great that they have water shoes, as it hurt to step in barefoot. The plus side of that is that makes it a great environment for the fish and it’s a great place for snorkeling. If you’d like a less rocky ocean, just walk a bit about 100 ft and it’s a rock free shore! There was a lot of mosquitos, due to the bay, so make sure to always apply bug spray on the evening. Our family had a blast, and we will definitely be returning. Overall this place will forever hold a place in our hearts and memory!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This was the most beautiful house/location we’ve ever stayed. The boardwalk into the mangroves to a private dock felt like our own nature preserve. The beach on the other side was like a private oasis. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group to have a great time together or sneak away for a little privacy. The host was easy to get ahold of and provided excellent info about the area in the document he sent ahead of our trip.

Stayed Nov 10, 2024Beautiful house with spacious main level. Loved having two family rooms for tv viewing and spreading out. We rent a house for 2 weeks for our family vacation every year and have never been in one as well stocked as this one! It has everything you need. We brought our boat so having the large dock across the street was a big plus. Ocean views are incredible; don’t miss the rooftop deck which is perfect for sunning and watching the sun rise and set. House is close to a busy road but most drivers were very courteous; the road could definitely use some speed bumps and flashing lights to slow the speeders. Walking/biking path begins at this property and goes north for several miles which is a big advantage over other homes on this road. We had a couple of very minor issues which were addressed by Al within minutes. Great host and house; highly recommend this property.

Stayed Oct 21, 2024We had a group of family and friend come into town for a wedding. Being a large group and the fact that we wanted to stay together, La Dolce Vita was the perfect answer. It was just beautiful and our hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. We will definitely have to come back again for another amazing vacation.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024This house was wonderful and is stocked with nearly everything you need! The property management team is fabulous and so reaponsive, with a great attention to detail. I had mentioned something about the wheelchair in the garage in an email to Al and when we checked in, the chair had been brought up for our use! We also forgot a few items and within a week they were at my doorstep. The only negatives about the property is that the downstairs is only accessible via the elevator inside, the layout is a tad wonky, and the road in front of the house was busier than expected, so we opted to forego bike rides. Be sure to check out the dock and river on the other side of the property - I may have prefered it to the oceanside! All in all, a great trip and my family would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We have stayed in this area and with this management company for the last couple of years. The house and property were clean with all essentials needed for the whole week included. The grills looked like they were brand new, which is not the case for most properties. The house itself has a great view of the beach and you can hear the waves crashing at night. The houses main benefit is being able to enjoy both the sound and ocean. Everything in the house was included with many extras located within the house.
