Hutchinson Island Beachfront Paradise

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Host/Management was exceptionally good and communicated perfectly. Condo was clean and met all descriptions.

Beautiful condo with nice ocean views. Clean and well equipped - perfect beach escape.

Easy check in. Place was very clean and had everything you needed. The view of the sunrise over the ocean was beautiful every morning. Great location close to downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach. I would recommend Ken’s place.

Would like to see new furniture in living room.

Great condo, wonderful water view from lanai, very clean, kitchen well equipped. Pool at complex is heated and kept very clean. Wonderful restaurants nearby and a Publix close by.

Well stocked unit, everything you need for beach, close to great restaurants, friendly people at the pool. Will come again!

Our stay wasn’t the best. I think VRBO owners need to be required to update property descriptions and units on a regular basis. We get that things happen but our WiFi never worked in our unit and after wasting the first 3 days of our stay with troubleshooting…we gave up on it. The ice maker didn’t work and the “starter supplies” were just left over products from other guests…which left us no space to put our groceries.…and these issues must have existed before our stay but not reported or just not taken care of since we had to deal with the issues too! The unit is very dark… you can not open blinds in the bedroom or even a window which would have helped to remove the musty smell in the unit. The electrical sockets don’t hold plugs and light bulbs were burnt out hence making it harder to get light in the unit…and we had to replace some bulbs. The washer and dryer are a single pair of shared units … which is ok… but it also costs $3 in quarters to do a single load of laundry. Also…at a glance the unit looked clean but after our first day… we realized by how black our feet were… that it wasn’t. The management company, Sue, was very responsive in trying to help us and the owner was responsive but it was hard to overlook the fact that the unit could use some TLC at this point. We also noticed that there were discrepancies in between the information given by the management company and the listing on VRBO…mainly check out time…VRBO said 10… but we had to be out by 9.

Condo attractive and well equipped. My only criticism is that the sliding door to the deck doesn’t lock.

This is our second time staying at this condo, different owners though. It was well equipped and met our needs for our week stay. We have stayed in several condos in the Pelican building, over the last 6 years, and this condo is one of the nicer ones. The location is perfect with the beach and pool right at your doorstep. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of bath towels to use, beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella were provided as well. The owners are receptive and respond promptly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo. Thank you for the wonderful stay..I just wish the weather was better!
