Perched on the hillside above Avalon, this Hamilton Cove Bay villa sets the Pacific directly in your sightline - a shifting panorama of bay and ocean that catches the morning light and holds it long into the afternoon. An electric golf cart waits at the door, ready to carry you through the island's quiet streets at whatever pace the day calls for. This is Catalina stripped of the rush.
 
The space
A private entrance opens into a well-considered one-bedroom villa, set up comfortably for up to four guests. The living area is relaxed and practical - a flat-screen TV and board games make for easy evenings, while ceiling and portable fans keep the air moving. Heating is available for cooler island nights.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is fitted with two beds, made up with full bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Hangers, an iron, and all towels and toiletries are provided - arrive with a light bag and settle straight in.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for proper cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker with coffee provided cover every base. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are all on hand, along with wine glasses and barbecue utensils for the grill outside. Sit down at the dining table for a meal in, or take everything out to the patio.
 
Bathroom
One complete bathroom with hot water, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer - everything you need, nothing missing.
 
Outdoors & shared amenities
The shared patio opens onto bay views with a BBQ grill ready for use. Pool and hot tub access are included for guests - spend the afternoon drifting between a swim and the sun. When the beach calls, beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all provided. Exercise equipment is available on-site for guests keeping up a routine.
 
Getting around
The included electric golf cart is the natural way to move through Avalon - unhurried, compact, and suited to the island's streets and waterfront paths. Free parking and an EV charger are on-site for guests arriving by car. The villa's waterfront location keeps direct beach access close throughout your stay.
 
Good to know
Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front door and on the patio facing the ocean. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on the property. There is no carbon monoxide detector. Wi-Fi is included. A washer and air conditioning are not available at this property.
