Eagle’s Nest | Voted Best Panoramic View in Avalon

This was a great property. The interior was clean, well stocked, had a fantastic view of the beautiful harbor. The AC worked well, the hot tub was great for our group. We chose Catalina on a short planning window and the property choices were limited and this was great, albeit a bit cramped for 5 grown people once the sofa bed was folded out. We appreciated use of the golf cart and explored all over Avalon on it.

Nothing beats the views from this spot!! Everything was wonderful - from the views to the complimentary snacks and drinks, and the added use of the golf cart! We will certainly be staying here again!

We had a fantastic time at the Eagles Nest in Catalina. The home is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you can need. The oversized Sun Deck with sunken hot tub overlooking Avalon Bay has got to be one of the best spots in the city. The Host was easy to work with and resolved the couple of small issues that we had admittedly they were self-inflicted. This is our second stay at Eagles Nest and hopefully not our last. Do not hesitate to book at this home you will be so early mistaken to miss out on this fantastic spot.

I had the most amazing stay in Catalina for my 50th birthday! The home was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity I could’ve possibly needed. The location was stunning, offering the kind of views and atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode.One of the biggest highlights was that the host provided two golf carts, which made getting around the island so easy and fun. It truly elevated the entire experience! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and seamless throughout my stay.I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

The Eagle’s Nest is by far the best home and premier location in Catalina!! Anna was very responsive and helpful getting us access and was AWESOME helping out with not one but two golf carts!! I highly recommend this property, the amenities, the Host and we will definitely return when our next trip to Catalina gets booked!! John and Jill

The home was everything it promised in the listing and more. Everything went smoothly, no hiccups checking in through the moment we left. This was our 25th anniversary trip and we both enjoyed ourselves.

View was beautiful!

This property was everything we hoped it would be. The owners were available every step of the way to quickly answer any questions we had. The house was equipt with everything we needed from beach supplies to anything you would need in the kitchen to cook each meal. The bbq out on the deck was great at night to cook our meals and have family time while taking in the beautiful views. The house was very clean and put together. My mom was with us and she isnt able to walk a lot back and fourth in town and they made sure we had access to a golf cart this was very helpful getting into town and back. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. I would definitely rent this property again.

My husband and I were captivated by the view from the deck as well as from inside the home. So nice to just sit back and relax with a refreshing adult beverage. We had breakfast and lunch in the home and enjoyed dinner at The Lobster Trap, Pier 24, Buffalo Nickel, and Bluewater. All great places. The home was well stocked, well taken care of, very comfortable, nicely landscaped, overall a great place.

This is our second stay at Eagles Nest in the last 18 months. We will definitely come back. Everything is as advertised in the listing. Super clean and comfortable.

We loved everything about Eagles Nest. The view is absolutely breathtaking! After a long day of activities and a lot of hustle and bustle it was so nice to come back to a quiet, secluded place with the most amazing view. Thank you for having us!
