We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed this home on Catalina Island. It was beautifully decorated with every convenience available, very clean and the linens and towels and toiletries were great. Kitchen was fully equipped and it was perfectly situated within easy walking distance to everything we could want or need!

Overall condition. Plenty of amenities. Convenient location.

Super location, short walk to the waterfront and Vons right down the street - extremely responsive owner/manager throughout the process - toaster didn't work and was replaced right away - open doors to front deck so appealing!

Our family had a wonderful weekend celebrating Father’s Day. The house was in the perfect location, had everything we needed and plenty of space for our multiple families!! We are already looking forward tocoming back again next year!

Stayed for my twins 13th. We recently lost my husband so it was importante that this trip be memorable and fun. It was just that. Wonderful location and the home was so kid friendly. I had a room downstairs so it was nice to be tucked away and get rest.

The property is attractive, nicely sized and PERFECTLY located. It served well for our particular needs of our family which includes grandparents, adult children and their young children for a total of seven (one dad couldn't make it).

I was looking for a house big enough for a mom’s getaway weekend to Catalina. We wanted to be present with each other and not have to worry about watching over our kids/cook/etc. This house was as advertised and big enough for all of us to have a bed to sleep on. It was clean and spacious. The house was stocked with towels, pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc. Vons was just down the street from the house and the location was so convenient! The walk from the pier to the house was easy as well, and we all enjoyed walking around town. Tyler, the owner, was very responsive when we needed help with the heater. We all enjoyed our stay and this house gave us so many good memories. Thank you, Tyler, for opening your house to us and allowing us to catch up and unwind!

Great place to stay for 3 couples, and the kids bunk room accommodates 5+ kids easily! The street out front has very little traffic which is nice. Great stay! Right next to Vons grocery store.

We had a girls weekend and this location and loved the proximity and aesthetic. It was a great place and we would stay here again! We had some issues with the upstairs toilet and the property owner was very communicative. Thank you again!

Our Family of 10 travel to Avalon every year. We have stayed in a lot of different houses over the years. This house is by far the best. Tyler (the host) was very responsive. There were a couple of small issues when we checked in, and Tyler had them fixed within an hour. The rest of the stay was magnificent.

One of the better houses we’ve stayed at in Catalina. We are regulars to the island and always looking for great properties. This had plenty of room for our group and in a nice quiet street. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Host very easy to communicate with. Thank you!

The house is set up for a large family or group with kids, which is exactly what we had, so it was a good fit. I like Eucalyptus street because there is no traffic and the kids can play in the street without noisy carts driving by. The floor was a little dirty, and we had to do some quick repairs to door knobs coming off, and shower knobs coming off, but everything seemed to work. I think for the price we paid a cart should have been included. You can do a lot of walking in Avalon, and if you have some in your group that can't walk a great distance this can be a problem.

What a great house! There are lots of rooms for the parents and a really neat bunk bed room for the kids. We opened the house up and played stick ball in the street. There were other families staying on the street and it was cool to have a street wide happy hour as the kids played and the sun went down.
