This condo is fabulous! Well maintained and clean. The location of the condo can’t be beat! It has a large patio that looks directly on to the private beach and harbor, but sits up high so the view is outstanding! Also, comes with golf cart that allowed us to enjoy Avalon, but then we could go back and relax in peace. Brent was also the most attentive host we have ever had. He made sure that we were able to get into the condo early and that all of our needs were met. Highly recommend staying here.

Not only does his properties overlook the water in Catalina island, this host is very attentive and responsive. Holds a high standard with his properties and keeps you coming back for more. Booking my next soon :) gives off European coast vibes!

My husband and I looked forward to staying at this property as soon as we booked it. It did not disappoint! From the start, Brent was fully available to answer our questions and ensure we had a perfect stay. When we arrived to the island, the golf cart was parked in Avalon and ready for us to drive! We enjoyed an early check-in with no difficulties accessing the condo. The condo itself is breathtaking! It is clean, bright, scenic, and has all the basic amenities. It might be helpful to know the condo does not have a washer and dryer. There is a shared laundry room, but I am not certain if visitors have access. The check-out process is also easy. The rules are fair and simple. If you have not traveled to Catalina Island or the condo, these traveler tips might help: 1) If your boat arrives before check-in, there is a station where you can check your luggage for a cash only fee. 2) You can access the condo from the top of the hill by the golf cart parking space. You will need to carry your luggage back up the 53 steps but there are handrails and places to stop if needed. The steps are also small. (Thank you to Brent and past reviews for this one). 3) The Casino area has extended parking hours for golf carts. Walking from there to the downtown area is quick and easy. This property is definitely a favorite. We will be back!

What a view. Convenient to downtown, just a short golf cart ride. Brent is great host. He checked in on us after we arrived, provided extensive recommendations for food and activities and guided us through the arrival process. We had a problem with the TV and he had someone there within the hour. Perhaps the best host I have experienced.
