Beautiful view! Adequate accommodations and delightful balcony overlooking the ocean. A bit hard on the knees due to walking several flights of stairs to get in and out of the condo. Great for people with good knees. We had a fantastic time. Thank you 😊

Great property - loved the pool / jacuzzi/ put out mini golf / ocean access / beautiful views. Close to ropes course which our kids loved. Town of Avalon is amazing & has tons of great restaurants/ shops. Definitely recommend visiting the island & staying in Hamilton cove!

Views are stunning. We walked down to the beach which felt very private. Rich communicated very timely via text, even asking if we made it to the home safely concerned about wind conditions. All the locals travel by golf cart, and to have the golf cart included with the stay was a bonus that we didn't even know we needed.

Condo and grounds were amazing and beautiful. Small community beach was great and not crowded. The home itself was amazing and had stunning views. Communication with host was excellent! I will definitely return!

Room was clean, windows not so much. Golf cart backfired down every hill and stalled at stops, and only one headlight works . One roll of toilet paper for a three day stay! Lights in entry way didn’t work so it was hard to see to unlock the door at night.

Everything was clean and tidy. We were able to relax and take trips to town and around the island with no issues. I do wish both sets of doors opened so we could experience the balcony from the front room as well Overall would book again!

Amazing views from the balcony and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. We found the bathtub very slippery, the addition of a few grippers on the bottom would help. While the view was gorgeous and peaceful, the furniture could use some upgrading as several pieces were broken. The golf cart was a huge plus, but could use a tune up as it back fires frequently. Overall, we found the unit comfortable and it met our needs.

Great accommodations, golf cart was a plus to get in and out of Avalon, nice kitchen set up, amazing view, nice balance between a rental unit and feeling like home, property owner communication made everything childproof.

We had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. The condo was comfy and the views and amenities were amazing. We loved having the golf cart to cruise around. Rich was a great host, very friendly and communicative.

We really enjoyed our stay. Richard was very responsive to any questions we had and his property felt like home. We loved the view! The king size bed was really comfortable and all the amenities were great! The only thing that needs a little upgrade is the golf cart, but it worked just fine and it was a plus to have!

We had a great weekend! Check in was super easy, golf cart helped us get around. Full kitchen and dishwasher, plus spectacular ocean views from every room and the balcony!

Hamilton Cove is a beautiful complex. There are lots of stairs, so consider that if booking this unit. It was so convenient to have the golf cart. Rich, the owner, was very nice to work with. The unit itself is a bit shabby and in need of a few repairs, but it’s reasonably priced for that area, so if you’re not looking for a pristine property, this unit would be just fine.

Really lovely location with great ocean views. The condo had everything one could need. We appreciated the use of the golf cart to get around and the beach towels. We ate out for lunch and dinner, but the kitchen looked fully stocked for those who like to cook. Resting with a good book and cool ocean breezes was delightful. The owner was friendly and very responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Incredible view from the balcony and comfy bed! We made use of the facilities-putt putt golf, tennis court, gym, and hot tub. The golf cart was a huge plus! We loved our stay and are planning to return.

Couldn’t have a better place to stay the golf cart is the best thing to experience all of the island and the resort is amazing and you really don’t need to leave. The putt putt golf course tennis and pool/jacuzzi are awesome. Best experience we’ve had for any vacation

The views are enchanting from the moment you arrive. The owner was beyond helpful and I would highly recommend this property. My husband and I slept comfortably on the king mattress and our boys enjoyed the futon. The golfcart was a perk for us getting around town.

You can not beat the location of this property! Absolutely breath taking views! However, this rental is in desperate cleaning and a makeover. Although being pretty disappointed on the initial walk in, we didn’t let it ruin our trip. Wouldn’t return to this particular rental in Hamilton Cove due to the out dated decor, broken furniture and cleanliness.

Great place, loved the secluded location of Hamilton cove and having the good cart at our leisure to go into town was amazing.
