The care takers Yesenia & Elias took great care of the property. Yesenia does a full clean everyday & Elias takes great care of the pool and grounds. Great to have clean towels.The property is just as described & great for my family of 8 with 4 month baby (maybe just need new portable crib).Beach was beautiful to walk every day!The only negative was not having access to washer & drier. I missed this when I booked and with small baby would have been very helpful, but this was on me and not the property. You can have Yesenia do you laundry for a small cost.Would stay again if we come back to area.

When the waves are calm, the sea kayaks are a major bonus to the view, the Villa and the location. Elias and Yesenia were outstanding in their service and care of the property. We cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was during our stay.

Wow. Simply wow. We enjoyed our time at the villa for the week. The home is beyond what we imagined and everything was perfect. Daily breakfast was made by Yesenia she then would clean the home from top to bottom regardless of us using primary the lower level of the home. The yard and pool also well cared for. Such pride is taken every day in the care and upkeep of not only the guest but the home. We were treated to a dinner prepared by Elias in the Villa. It was delicious and also had Flan for dessert. We hope to make this our new anniversary spot! Hope to stay again soon. Billie and Scott Quiring

The staff was wonderful and always available and willing to help. the pool was refreshing, the ocean beautiful, and the location private yet close enough to anything we wanted. We have stayed at a number of places in Akumal, but this is the best suited for our growing family. Due to contracting Covid, we had to stay a few extra days, and the renters and staff were very helpful.

Hubby and I along with our 2 daughters and son-in-law as well as 3 grandkids loved the house including amazing pool. The staff was beyond great. The location between Akumal and Tulum made for super activities beaches and restaurants.

The pool, yard and beach areas were in great condition. There was plenty of room for all of our guests. Yesenia made a delicious breakfast every morning (except Sunday) and kept the home clean. This made the Vrbo experience feel more like a hotel stay than renting a home you had to keep clean on your own. The only issues we had included a safe that was not functioning throughout our stay, a portable speaker we had outside that went missing, and a leaking ac unit in one of the bedrooms.
