Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying the house has lots of potential but some areas could use improvement. While the spacious house had great views, reliable WiFi, was clean and in a great, centralized location with a beach and restaurant that had a swim up bar on property, the roads on property are horrible. We saw multiple cars suffer popped tires during our time there. One of the sinks in the larger bedroom downstairs did not drain as the sink stopper was jammed. The downstairs half bath's sink didn't work at all. The listing stated the house had an iron and ironing board, there was no iron. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a shower that did not work at all. The umbrellas for the back patio were broken and we were told that new ones would be delivered during our stay, they were not. The locks and keys to the house were faulty as if you were leaving and wanted to lock the door, they keys couldnt be removed from the lock. The oven had all the temperature numbers gone so it was just a guess to what the oven was set to when cooking. The microwave seemed to randomly stop working at times as well. There was a charcoal grill but no charcoal at the house and we went to 3 different stores looking to buy some but none had any nor could point us in any direction where we could find any. I called the management company about a number of these issues shortly after arrival and was told Sonya, a member of their concierge service, would stop by the following morning to check in on us and the situation. She never showed up while we were there. If we would go back to the island, we would stay elsewhere 100%.

Reviewer Comments: Sky beach club has been an institution for over a decade and this trip was not a disappointment. we rented almost every house in the island over the last 20 years. While the Sky Beach Club Rd. could definitely be improved. The beach location, service on the house, staff, including Pascal and Sammy‘s make it worth the trek.The split house is well-maintained, amazing views, and a great owner and staff to work with. Highly recommend renting this unit.

Oven does not close properly/ stove top has one burner out and markings on Dials have worn off. Very little cook ware so it is hard to fix a good meal. Electric went out often/ home needs a generator. Road to home is in bad condition and I recommend an SUV as most taxi drivers will not drive down road. Furniture in home needs replacing. Very noisy and echoing thru out the home.

If u desire a quiet, private location, this is your place. Not much to do off season. I did encounter itchy bumps from what we suspect were beach fleas. Get the spray to repel them ahead of time. Lastly, Eleuthera folks were nice to us. The house is beautiful and nice, has no pool, but ur close to the beach

Our stay was exactly as we expected. The location, the assistance from the on-site manager, and the accommodations were exactly as the booking describes. Our family highly recommends it!

The location was centrally located. View amazing. Very private. Great pool and bar/restaurant on property. Beach in walking distance. House was very clean and had all modern amenities. Property manager had his wife were able to assist with any questions/problems. Highly recommend!!

Reviewer Comments: Ruptured a gas tank on the bottom of rental car on the private resort road. The entire road had pot holes that rub the bottom of the car for several hundred yards. Damages to the car are estimated to around 1500.00. after this experience the rental car companies I would expect will not rent a car if your staving at this property. Extremely funded property. One could only assume it's part of a bankruptcy!
