Casa Patricia: Superb villa on Vale do Milho with heated pool

Very well maintained villa inside and out. Comfortable and spacious. Smart new bathrooms. Excellent pool, BBQ and good quality outdoor furniture. VDM was a great location for us, Uber ride into Carvoerio was about €6. Elite Rentals Team were quick to support with a couple of minor things we needed just after arrival. An ice bucket for fizz would be a great addition!

The villa was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Very comfortable beds. Lots of outside space to sunbathe. The pool was shallow at one end but does get deep quite quickly so be careful with children as no signs to advise that. The complex was very quiet too. The walk up from the main road was a struggle especially with a pushchair but with a few stops it was manageable. A lovely family restaurant when you get to the main road turn left and go up the hill. I would advise to bring anything you require for children with regards to pool, beach and games. Most villas we have stayed at have normally got a few floaties, bucket and spade etc, probably what people may have left before, but apart from a couple of games there was nothing. Fortunately my daughter brought a case load so we were fine. We did leave a couple of them behind so hopefully they will be there for the next family.

Our second stay in Casa Patricia. Another great holiday, in a villa that has everything you need. Very good location in a nice area, only 10 minute walk to the beach, can also walk to 3 good restaurants, the beach bar and the 9 hole golf course with clubhouse. A good size heated pool is available in the private garden. Nice to see the owners investing and upgrading with 2 new bathrooms. It was a nice touch that we were advised by mail when the maids were coming to the villa, it would be great if the pool man and the gardener did the same! Lovely villa, we will be back. Thank you.

Elite website is excellent and the team are on hand if required during the stay. The villa location is great, feels very private and the area is peaceful but an easy walk to beach and restaurants. When you access the Elite website to get the villa operating details, the info for the safe is locked in size and cannot be expand, so impossible to read or use. Minor point, but good to resolve.

If you want peace and tranquility Casa Patricia is a truly relaxing and a stress free location. EVERYTHING is exceptional: The villa is spotlessly clean, spacious, tidy and very well equipped. Even on a rainy day it's cosy inside and you feel like at home . The pool is the perfect size for swimming and there is a great outdoor area for eating and relaxing in the sunshine. We can definitely recommend Casa Patricia. Nothing. Just right for perfect holidays.

This was our second stay at Casa Patricia and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There have been some modifications, new awning and shutters, since last year which added even more to an enjoyable and no hassle stay. The pool was a big hit with all ages - from 2 to 70! We highly recommend this villa in a lovely area.

Spacious and beautifully decorated. Excellent 10m heated pool and pool area not overlooked. Well equipped kitchen. Villa walking distance to restaurants and beach. Please keep print house info on site and don't rely on mobiles to scan instructions.

The villa is spacious, with everything you need for a great holiday. Very clean and tidy and well presented. The staff and office were very helpful and responded immediately when required. The villa had been updated in most areas. Nothing major, however, on arrival the toilet in bathroom 2 was blocked, this was resolved very quickly by the office. The washing machine leaked, not sure if it was the machine or the water pipe connection. as the washing machine was outside of the villa, this was not a problem Both bathrooms could do with a make over/decoration. Bathroom 2 had black mould on a wall and the ceiling. None of the above detracted from a great stay in the this villa. The staff were great. Thank you.

Fantastic villa, we felt right at home. The pool was perfect for our family.. location is perfect. Would go back in a heartbeat.
