Casa Magnolia - Luxury villa with private heated pool and sea views!

We loved our stay here. The house and property were exceptionally clean and the gardens and pool were lovely. Great location, very walkable to restaurants and local attractions. We found Katherine responsive to any questions that we had.

Great house and great location. The pool heater is a heat pump so it will take a day to warm the pool. You will want to have it turned on early. Other than that, great rental.

Garden/greenery/flowers/plants/ trees. Peaceful, quiet. Arrival arrangements (low key lock box in very dark area, difficult to see/operate when arriving at night wifi password not given in advance and not obvious it is on the back of a small wooden plate with router saying different password so unable to access property information for over an hour after we had searched everywhere). Provide Aircon in living area. Bedroom doors sticking unless you pool handle to the max. Small pool perimeter tile missing which could cause injury. Provide proper pool/beach towels. Quality of paid for food pack. Also I asked for cheese instead of sugar as I am a vegetarian, did not eat meat and this did not happen, sugar not used and left. Warn clients about the road up to the villa if walking- heavy traffic on narrow road and part of road no small pavement. No fault of the villa but lots of graffiti around it which lowers the tone of the lovely villa and town.

Fantastic villa - well equipped, spacious, wonderful outdoor area including pool, quiet area although 5 minutes walk to center. Garage and parking a bonus. Nothing - excellent villa.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The view out the front door was spectacular. And the pool was very private and peaceful.

The view from this property is like a postcard. This rental is very well appointed. We received excellent service from the operator. Highly recommend.

Location. Property. All of it. I would have been much more comfortable with earlier communication. Instructions did not come to me until 2 days prior to arrival. If I had a timeline with expectation for that, it would have been helpful. I was already in the country and did not know if I would be able to access the property It worked out. The place is fabulous!!!

Incredible property with exceptional views.

Perfect location for our time in the Algarve. It's a beautiful house with beautiful surroundings. Tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. A great jumping off point for exploring (hiking, visiting other towns, etc.). Check in was a breeze and communication was always fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

This family of 4 adults loved the peace and luxury of this well-appointed home on the hill. Everything from the layout, stunning views, variety of seating spaces, comfortable beds, spacious closets / sleeping / bathroom spaces, gorgeous swimming pool, friendly and attentive Elite staff, and nearby location to Carvoeiro will have us return in a heartbeat. Any question or issue we initially encountered, was swiftly addressed by wonderful Elite staff including Mariana, Antonio, and Kate. We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the first week of Oct 2024. The house location, amenities and proximity to the local area was just brilliant. The rooms were all very comfortable for all three couples and having access to the lovely pool area and garden an additional highlight. Thanks for making our trip one we will remember forever. Elite staff were helpful in assisting us accommodate luggage after check out whilst we waited for late afternoon flights from Faro too which we were grateful for. A couple more pantry staples like salt and pepper, some coffee pods etc to get things started etc would have been appreciated. We did find the cupboard space available for the two smaller bedrooms a little challenging to utilise - more hanging space would have been useful. Some shelves in the bathroom would have also been useful as there wasn't really anywhere to put toiletries other than a small shelf under the sink. Small details but immensely helpful for travellers.

We stayed in Casa Magnolia with my husband, mother, sister, brother and sister-in-law and had the best trip! The house was incredible and the location is even better. We walked down into the village every day. The beach was lovely, the food was incredible and the entire trip was amazing! We loved everything about the house and the location!

Superb location a short walk up the hill from the town. Easy walk in the other direction to the development with a well stocked Spar and various restaurants and cafes. The interior is very nice and stylish. Bathrooms have Rituals toiletries, a good & powerful hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. Kitchen has sufficient utensils for 6 people but could benefit from a few extras like Milk jug, salad servers, garlic crusher. The outside courtyard at the rear is basic with a large table & chairs and traditional style cobbles The BBQ is an electric hot plate. Up the steps the gravel path to the pool is a seed bombed / re wilded style garden area a little untidy in our opinion but we understand the concept. The pool really has only one decent side to sunbathe, two are inaccessible for loungers and one is rather narrow. Pool is a good size but is overlooked on one side from the rooftop terrace from the complex next door. The front terrace offers great views over the bay and opposite cliffs . People do walk past regularly so if complete privacy is your thing, sit out back. Be aware the house is attached to another house and not a stand alone villa. The garage is fairly small but a regular sized family salon car fits OK. Garden maintained better. Shower water pressure is low. Internet/wifi is inconsistent and doesn’t reach pool area.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Absolutely fabulous Villa, stunning views and all within walking distance to restaurants and shops (albeit a steep hill). The area is exceptionally beautiful and friendly and really would struggle not to recommend. Early check in facilitated, responsive service and a big shout out to the cleaning service - full clean after one week and towels changed mid-week. The Villa is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need with high quality appliances. Three really spacious bedrooms, all en-suite, and the outside space is spectacular with a front terrace, back terrace and upstairs pool area. Didn’t feel any need to heat pool - very warm if you cover when not in use - which also helps to reduce debris in pool. One slight downside - Wi-Fi patchy - but to be fair didn’t really need it as weather beautiful and seldom inside. All in all a lovely space, photos don’t actually do justice, can safely say, I loved this trip.
