The house is huge, and can accommodate easily 15 people. The views of the sea from every level and bedrooms are breathtaking. The cleaning people came everyday making sure that the house was in perfect conditions, change towels and made us feel relaxed and enjoying every moment. The fact that directly out of the house you can get into the sea to one of the best snorkel spots in the whole area is just the cherry on top of the rest. The house has three pools (including a small hottub in the third floor), we used all of them. Just beautiful. We will definitely come back. This was one of a kind experience.

Edwin and Jose crafted meals that were not only delicious but memorable. Communication prior to our stay was excellent and I booked airport transport, two excursions, and a Chef for the week through Akumal Villas. Memories made during our excursions to Mayan Ruins and a private sail and snorkel will never be forgotten. The majority of our stay was spent swimming at the Villa in the pool and relaxing in the hot tubs with front views to the ocean. We used the casita for family movie nights. The pictures are beautiful and don’t do it justice. We should have known when we arrived from the airport to dinner being prepared by Chef Adriana that this was going to be an amazing week. Volveremos!

On a good note, when I asked about Christmas tree, they said there was not one but they provided one before our arrival. Very special. Description of the house mentioned that there was a washing machine. There was not one available, and we had packed as if we could do laundry. When we asked about laundry, they offered to do our laundry for a charge. This made me very upset.

We just returned from our stay at Casa Bella, and couldn’t wait to leave this review! This was truly the best vacation my family and I have had together. Casa Bella, Carlos and Nyeli (sp?) were absolutely wonderful, and the house itself was a dream to relax, play, and eat at. We did end up hiring Chef Adrien (Omar), the food was the best we had anywhere during our stay and everyone's favorite part about Casa Bella. Dinners on the patio in the breeze with the sound of the Ocean was magical. Everyone in our group is excited to return to Casa Bella again, and I know that we will be enjoying the memories of this trip for a long time to come.

Each room, including the pool house was beautifully decorated. The view was stunning and there were enough spaces for our large group to spread out. The staff were very friendly and we would definitely come back again. I would recommend getting a golf cart if staying at this location.

Since we had made our reservation a few additional bonuses were included such as the rooftop plunge pool. The casita was cozy and in the process of being renovated which was a bit chaotic for my group but I know in the end the results will be stunning. One of the nicest villas in Akumal Beach.

I literally Have no complaints about the house. At one point we had a power outage and the water shut off (bc of a storm). I notified The house manager and the problem was fixed in less than an hour!. It was such a luxurious experience down to the car service (Miguel is the owner of the service and he went above and beyond) and the chef. I was Hesitant about getting a chef before because I thought we would want to eat out a lot. LISTEN when I say chef Emilio was a 10/10!! he made all of us feel catered to, from taking special requests to surprising us with wonderful deserts each night. Having chef Emilio there during our stay was one of the best decisions I could’ve made while staying at casa Bella, he definitely exceeded our expectations. Don’t be afraid to go down into the water from the backyard, it was so relaxing and refreshing & mostly shallow waters. We were about 15 minutes from tulum and so to go out and have some fun at a few day parties or bars during the evening was not an issue. The whole experience was a 10/10 I definitely would make this an annual trip!

Everything about our stay at Casa Bella was amazing! The home is stunning with views from the whole house. We went snorkeling everyday, kayaked, and paddle boarded right out our back door. We saw sting rays, turtles, barracudas, and beautiful fish. We swam in the pools, enjoyed both meals on both patios, and loved the rooftop deck to watch the Lunar Eclipse. We had 15 people staying in our group from infants to 70 years old and everyone had an amazing time. The staff, Carlos and Nayeli were amazing as well as the house manager, Rhett. The Akumal property managers also helped us book several tours for the group. I highly recommend this villa. We can't wait to come back!
