Beautiful home, close to the city, great property

Clean,cozy get away. We celebrated our 18yr wedding anniversary. This house was amazing and would recommend it to anyone. Was close walk to everything we wanted to do on the island. Will definitely be coming back. Unfortunately i left my keys in the house after we left the island but the owner was kind enough to return to the island just to mail them back to me. Overall we had a great experience.

The property was calming, clean, and beautiful. Just as described. The jacuzzi didn't work unfortunately, but everything else was absolutely perfect!

Overall a great day. House was well socked, directions were clear, and everything was clean. Unfortunately, there was construction next door the entire time of our stay, which made a lot of noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while on Catalina Island. This home has plenty of space and such a cool, welcoming vibe. Such a treat to relax out on the patio and see deer wandering around. This perfect location allows you to walk and easily get to anywhere you would want to, and yet provides the perfect amount of quiet and privacy for some relaxation too!

This was our very first VRBO venture, and let me say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! Randy provides a lot of information and suggestions regarding things to do on the island and he provides greatly detailed instructions for the house, including screenshots on how to operate things like the heating/air and the Jacuzzi tub. He was also very responsive while we were there and he messaged me right away when I had a question.The property is further from the main street, but no more than a 8-10 minute walk (my boyfriend says 5-7 minutes). We loved that it's much more private, tucked in the back corner where there is less foot traffic. It was very quiet and peaceful.The property is very clean, with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Randy also has golf clubs, and other supplies you can use, including a bbq. We enjoyed all the paintings on the walls and the cool tri-level layout. Webtook advantage of opening the balcony windows so we could look outside and breathe in the fresh air. We especially loved the entire third floor which provides a large bathroom area and an amazingly comfortable bed. This property was absolutely the perfect size for us and provided such a serene and romantic getaway for us! We really liked the house and location; downfall was the construction around it. At times, even the way inside was blocked, had to jump over removed grass and nails; also the noise in the morning and throughout the day.

Beautiful abs clean, located just fast enough from the busy areas to be quiet and peaceful! We each had our own lovely room and bathroom, our kitchen was beautiful and although we barely used it, it was really nice! The art everywhere was amazing, neighbors were super nice, just an awesome place to stay. We barely used the dietary but we did play some golf on the putting green. Will stay there again!

Your beautiful home was a wonderful retreat for our first time visit to Catalina. Great location, quiet but conveniently close to the port and restaurants. We appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout your house. Even got a delightful welcome from a trio of deer who scrambled down the hill across the street. And despite a spell of afternoon rain, your unit's offerings made our stay comfy, cozy and fun. A very pleasant and memorable treat for my 70th birthday.

Everything went very smoothly and the rental was lovely. Would definitely recommend this to friends. 5-stars.

This is a perfect retreat for a couple who want to enhance their stay on Catalina.

This 3 story one bedroom is well located for walking to beach, restaurants and shopping. Comfortably furnished and well equipped kitchen.

We loved our stay in this condo. It is close enough but also far away enough from the main drag to be quiet at night. Very clean and everything you could need. Thanks, Randy!

Randy’s property was ideal for our weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, a short walk to all of the Avalon attractions and great restaurants. The property was clean and the bed comfortable. Randy was responsive to our questions and requests. He also provided lots of helpful information about the area.

Relaxing and awesome time.

The property is really close to downtown, but Avalon is a small city, so most everything is close. We spent 5 nights and the entire home is comfortable. It is nicely decorated with some really nice murals on the walls. There are 3 floors. We are fine with stairs, but if you have trouble climbing stairs this home is not for you.. There is a small putting green out front and thats fun as well.

Had a wonderful stay with my fiancé, Avalon has a lot to offer but Randy place made it magical
