Sleeping arrangements
The villa sleeps up to 4 guests across two areas. The bedroom is outfitted with a Cariloha king bed, and a sofa bed in the living area takes care of additional guests. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and an on-site washer mean you can pack light and stay as long as the island will have you.
 
Living space
Mahogany hardwood floors and limestone finishes give the interior a grounded warmth that feels right at home on the California coast. The open living area is set up for easy evenings - TV, Wifi, and Alexa voice-enabled features keep you as connected or as offline as you choose. A ceiling fan, portable fans, and heating let you match the atmosphere to whatever the coast is doing outside.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for anything from a slow morning coffee to a proper shared meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, barbecue utensils, and wine glasses all ready to go. Complimentary coffee and a coffee maker are waiting for those first quiet moments of the day. Pull up a chair at the dining table and let the group settle in.
 
Outdoor living
The patio and balcony put the Pacific directly in front of you. Outdoor furniture invites you to linger - over a meal, a glass of wine, or the view running out to the horizon. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, then ease into the hot tub as the coastal light fades and the stars come out over the water.
 
Getting around
Your included 2020 EZGO electric golf cart is the ideal way to move through Avalon and take in the island on your own schedule. Free parking is available on the premises, and an EV charger is on hand for guests arriving by electric vehicle.

Hamilton Cove is a gated community set along the Avalon coastline - a peaceful, secure base with easy access to everything Catalina Island has to offer. Please note that exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and patio, and the Hamilton Cove community maintains cameras in all common areas.
