Amazing Luxury ocean front Hamilton Cove Villa w/electric cart

Fabulous property with amazing views. Very comfortable and nice! The host was very responsive and kind. I would certainly recommend this condo. There are a lot of stairs, so you will need the ability to climb them to stay in this unit.

Ocean views with sandy play/picnic areas at the waters edge. Pool with ocean view. Dislike: We did not want to leave.& leaving.

Living Room remote control to tv did not work, shower pressure was really low. I was not able to wash my hair. Bathroom sink spouts are annoying as they spray all over. Other than that, amazing! I will definitely recommend.

The property was better than we expected. Amazing VIEW! Comfortable bed. Living room couch was not that comfortable. We will stay there again in a heartbeat 💗

What an amazingly beautiful property with an outstanding view and a great overall experience! Property just as described and pictured, perfect for our family of four on a short getaway during mid March. Very quiet and relaxing. Excellent communication and customer service. The overall property has so much to offer with swimming pool, hot tub, beach, playground, BBQ and picnic tables, croquet and mini golf, tennis courts. Hamilton Cove is tucked away north of Avalon, so plan on meals in town and a cab ride to/from the property. Condo is well stocked with beach chairs and towels, croquet set, clubs for mini golf, and other outdoor activity items. Golf cart is in great condition and fun to tool around town in. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

Everything was GREAT except the stairs! The stairs were terrible there is no elevator so pack lightly. lol

Beautiful unit and view! Unit has fantastic lanai that overlooks most of the property and is facing the ocean- can even hear the waves in the morning! I would highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting catalina. Owner is very responsive and thoughtful. The check-in instructions are very thorough and easy to understand Hamilton cove is a quick 5 min golf cart ride outside downtown Avalon. It is so relaxing and quiet with great amenities. Deer, Catalina foxes, etc roaming all around you. This property comes with a fantastic golf cart that we drove all around the town with bluetooth music hookup. Inside is very clean and well appointed. Beds are extremely comfortable and hard to get out of in the morning. Wifi is a little intermittent at times but on vacation it didnt bother us much at all. This unit is right in the middle of the slope so there are quite a few stairs going in either direction, but again we didnt mind at all as the view the entire way is beautiful. Would love to come back and stay again soon!

From the moment we arrived, it was obvious this villa resort operates on a completely different level. Every detail—every view, every moment—felt elevated, and genuinely luxurious. The villa itself was immaculate. Spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly private, it felt less like a rental and more like our own personal paradise. Waking up to breathtaking views and ending the day with sunsets that looked straight out of a postcard never got old. The beds were insanely comfortable, and the outdoor space was peaceful, scenic, and made for pure relaxation. What truly sets this villa apart, though, was the service. The interactions with our booking agent were warm, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead. Every request was met with enthusiasm, not obligation. We felt taken care of. If you’re even considering booking here, stop thinking and just do it.

Our host Rimas, was very quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo furnishings were very nice quality. It felt like we were staying at a friends nice condo and not a worn down rental property. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property and will absolutely stay there again!

My son (9) and I had a magical trip to Catalina Island. The condo at Hamilton Cove was perfect for us to relax in between activities and feel at home with lots to do on the property. It was clean, and well-stocked with everything from beach toys to coffee. The electric golf cart was a big hit with my son. The views are breathtaking. Our host was responsive and helpful. All went according to plan and we'd be delighted to return again. Thanks to Rimas for a fantastic visit.

Had lot of issues, to start with the doors were open for check-in but there were not keys inside. I had to wait for the property managers response almost an hour to get the keys. That too, the host mentioned the keys were on his golf cart had to walk all the way down to get the keys. It took more than an hour for all this process. The host had air tag on his keys and he is using the tag even when the keys are with us, did not week safe and looked as if he was tracking us, felt this is against our privacy. There were no hot water, it was just sufficient for one, I had to do bath with cold water. Basic needs were not provided, tooth paste, lotion and other basic needs were not provided for the stay. Very expensive with minimal amenities provided. The location and neighborhood was awesome with great views.

WOW!!! This condo is absolutely stunning – clean, with high-end furnishings and everything you need for a perfect stay. The activity closet is stocked with items ideal for enjoying the outdoors at Hamilton Cove. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, making our morning coffee and evening wine sessions delightful. The bed was extremely comfortable, complete with luxurious linens. We were thoroughly impressed by the recent remodel. Rimas, our host, was a pleasure to deal with – upfront, responsive, and full of great local dining tips. The addition of the electric cart was a fantastic touch! It's clean, reliable, and made navigating Avalon a breeze. In short, our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was just perfect. A huge thank you to Rimas for an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be back!

Never having been to Catalina, we didn't know much when booking but picking this condo was such great luck! The space is gorgeous and open and the view is the best of the island in our opinions and staying on that side gave us the peace and quiet with town only being 6 min away. Great communication with owners as well. Any questions or concerns were addressed. Great place and we will be back! Thank you again!

We stayed in the most beautiful villa. Well appointed with new furniture a lovely deck with BBQ over looking the Pacific Ocean. We are looking to book again and invite a couple more friends. Rimas was a great host and was available to answer any questions we had about the island, what to do for fun and the best restaurants.
