5 Bedroom Luxury Villa - Private Beach, Pool, Chef, Ocean Views & Sunsets

The property is truly spectacular! The location is perfect if you want direct access to the quiet, beautiful, clean beach, an amazing infinity pool, comfortable beds in spotlessly clean rooms, great common areas that perfectly suited our group of 10 (5 couples), and caretakers (Angelica and Mel) who are the most lovely people. Angelica and Mel prepared delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks daily, and their dinners were terrific! There are great places to eat and listen to music within walking distance. Troncones felt so safe and has a great vibe! The grounds are meticulously maintained, as well as the whole home. We look forward to going back soon!

The house is true to its name. From the open air villa to the bedrooms & casitas, there is plenty of room for a group to congregate and spacious enough for all to have privacy. The long stretch of white sandy beach right outside the gate is spectacular, one of the nicest in Troncones. Angelica and Mel went above and beyond in making sure all of our needs were met, from keeping our rooms spotlessly clean to preparing delicious dinners, served right on the beach! We can't thank them enough for their generosity, kindness and warmth. We look forward to staying at Casa Joya del Mar in the future.

This property is IDEAL for a group. The rooms, the casitas, and the main open air living space make it a perfect place to hang as a group and to have privacy. The grounds are immaculate. You stare at the ocean as you enjoy the infinity pool. The long table in the dining area is perfect for a big meal, and there is enough seating for everyone to relax. The beach right out front is sandy and lovely. But, the thing that absolutely made our stay was having Mel and Angelíca there. They were absolutely incredible. They kept our rooms clean and looking beautiful, asked if we needed help with anything, gave excellent recommendations, and most importantly, cooked some of the best meals we had in Troncones. Their breakfasts were PERFECT. They take such pride in their work and are creative cooks, and helped us with anything we asked. We will absolutely come back because of them, they are the best part about this property. Mel even showed up at the airport just as we were dropping our rental car off (40 min from the house) to track us down because someone in our party left a few items. Truly, can't say enough good things about them.

Truly enjoyed our stay. This is really luxury indoor/outdoor living. The property has what could be the best sandy beach in Troncones and the staff is fantastic. Tip them well! They deserve it.

Angelique and Mel were excellent house staff and they took great care of our group. All of their restaurant recommendations proved excellent. The outdoor kitchen / dining area by the pool is the prefect layout for everyone to congregate - that is where we spent all of our time when not surfing or sleeping. TJH

Our yoga retreat guests were so blessed and thrilled to say at this incredible property. Angel and everyone took such beautiful care of us and of every detail. We will surely be back to stay at this heavenly home. Thank you for all you did to make our stay so very special and memorable.

From the location to the weather to the town, our vacation in Troncones at Joya Del Mar was a great experience. The highlight of our experience was the great service and support from Mel and Angelica. They took such great care of us and the property from the meals to the cleanliness of everything, to the shopping and drinks and snacks from time to time. We couldn't have asked for more!!

Just returned home from our week long stay at Casa Joya del Mar. Best Mexico vacation ever (and this was our 11th)! The property was ideal for our party of 10 (2 families), four adults and kids ranging from 16 to 8 months. The bedrooms and casitas are spacious and comfortable, and each has it's own bathroom and private outdoor shower. We spent all of our time in the pool and on the beach. What made the stay perfect though, was the kind and attentive service provided by Mel and Angelica, the onsite property managers. They took such good care of us, and were happy to help with absolutely anything. We will definitely be returning to Casa Joya del Mar the next time we visit Troncones!

We have been renting vacation homes in Mexico for our family for the past 10 years and Joya Del Mar is by far our favorite! The house is gorgeous, comfortableand and clean, with a perfect combination of spacious open-air common living areas, where our family of 10 could be together, and we’ll-separated sleeping accommodation (also very spacious) for quiet private time. We all loved swimming and playing in the infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous beach and enjoyed the amazing private beach - with shallow water and just enough waves - that awaited us just outside the gate. The grounds are beautiful and the sunsets priceless. As for the location - we were a bit unsure about staying in the remote town of TRANCONES but were pleasantly surprised! It is a small but lovely town with friendly people and a few nice restaurants and shops. The kids loved releasing baby turtles to the ocean behind Roberto’s Bistro and riding horses on the beach. The house is a bit far from the center of things but we enjoyed walking, bike riding and occasionally riding by taxis which are easy to get. We took one trip to Zihuatanejo but frankly were happy to get back to our home. Last but not least - Angelica and Mel were amazing! They pampered us and cooked many delicious meals for us, always served with a smile. At our request they stocked the house with food for the kids ahead of time, then replenished as needed (our family eats a lot!). A huge special mention to Mel who was a lifesaver when our granddaughter was hurt and needed emergency medical attention. He drove the little girl and her parents to a clinic in Zihuatanejo and waited with them while she was treated, and then drove them to a pharmacy - all on Christmas eve, no less. We were sad to leave this paradise and would definitely be back! Thank you Sydney, Angelica and Mel.

Breathtaking views of the ocean from all areas of the home. Extremely clean including the beautiful swimming pool. Mel and Angelica went above and beyond to meet our needs and the food they prepared was exceptional! They are an asset to this gorgeous piece of property
