The apartment is fine, basic but workable. However, beware, there is no WiFi and poor water pressure in the shower.
The studio apartment served as a place to sleep for me, and it was fine as that. It felt like it had been adequately cleaned between the previous guest and to me, but could definitely use a deep cleaning, ie dirt in the moldings, windows. There isn’t a lot of natural light, and you can hear the person walking around in the apartment above. So, as a functional place to sleep it was OK, but I would not have wanted to spend time hanging out there. It is very centrally located downtown (tradeoff is noisy students).
