We had a great experience during this stay. The property was well-maintained, clean and great location. Brent was a nice host and checked-in with us via text to ensure everything was going well and provided us with some recommendations of things to do in the area. Would recommend this property to others, we had a great time. Thanks, Brent!
The air conditioner is to small for the space so the place was always very hot. There were roaches and a lot of them. We tried to contact the property contact person to let them know the issues and that we would be checking out early. He never responded to us.
Great spot for two people on the East side!
Everything was smooth and easy. Would love to stay here again.
I must say the place was clean but the pictures of the house, inside and out did not reflect the property. The inside was dark and the outside was scary. Aside from the lawn not being mowed, the siding (metal) on exterior looked scary. To top it off, we had two people come to the house to ask if it was being rented because they saw it on Craigslist. If I am going to pay that much money for a place that looks like this, at least I can have some privacy.
We had a great time in Austin and this cute, updated cabin was perfect for us. It was close to bars, restaurants and a quick Lyft ride to other parts of town. The cabin has all the necessary amenities and is well maintained. It’s decorated to reflect the Austin vibe and we loved it.
The amenities for this place were exactly what we needed. It was clean and just the perfect size for us. It was dog friendly so we were excited about that too. The location was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and see in Austin.
I enjoyed staying in this adorable bungalow very much, perfect for my five night stay in Austin. I would have given 5 stars, but was turned off by the moldy shower curtain.
A great stay in East Austin that felt like it became our home for a few days! Very quaint, nicely decorated, and accommodating. Convenient location and plenty to do nearby. Getting to downtown was an easy Uber or Lyft ride. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
We loved this cozy cottage so near to downtown Austin but yet in a quiet neighborhood setting. We felt right at home here and would love to come back for another stay hopefully some time soon.
The view from the porch was not pleasant or relaxing for drinking morning coffee (an expectation), construction work, barking dogs across the street constantly. Did not feel comfortable on the street. Many houses unkept, junk piled up.
Very clean and cute. Stayed with our pup for 3 nights and had a great time.
We absolutely loved this place! Comfortable, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, best pillows ever, and Brent is even a high end coffee love like me. The washer and dryer were welcome since we were in the middle of our cross country trip. The place was amazing and we would totally stay there again!!
This was a perfect place for my dogs and I. It was convenient with a fenced in backyard in an upcoming neighborhood. It was a bit smaller than I expected and was definitely a studio, but it was what we really needed.
This bungalow was perfect for my little Austin vacation with my boyfriend. All the photos were accurate, it's an amazingly short walk to East 6th Street and a short drive to everything Austin has to offer. Highly recommend - we were so sad to leave!
This property is just as cool as advertised. Modern finishes provide all your vacation needs in this comfortably sized studio house (even a full-size washer/dryer set.) It is located with quick access to tons of cool Austin sights and features. The only note I’d make, which has nothing to do with this property or their management company is that there were some dogs down the street that barked ALL night.
We loved our stay in this little east Austin gem! The home itself had everything we needed, and the bed was super cozy. The location was in a sweet family neighborhood that we loved walking around, and there were a couple great coffee shops nearby. Downtown was definitely within walking distance. However, it was raining during our stay so we took quick car rides to southeast And downtown Austin. We would definitely stay here again!
My boyfriend and I visited Austin for a long weekend to escape the cold wintery Chicago weather. It was perfect timing. We were greeted with warmth and sunshine! This place was great for our short stay. It was in a convenient location - close to stores, bars, food trucks etc. It had all the amenities you needed - except for an iron :( The owner was quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful with any needs - we left one of our belongings, and he kindly mailed it back to us. Thank you! Overall, a lovely one of a kind home that I would highly recommend and stay at again.
My boyfriend and I had such a lovely stay! As designers, we loved the aesthetic and details of the space. After exploring the amazing bars and restaurants nearby, it was so refresh to come back to this space. Outside of the overall design of the space, our favorite features were the porch and the massive TV.
This was a perfect place for us to spend a week in Sustin. Newly remodeled, clean and nicely finished. Very private, yet close to downtown.
This place was perfect.
