Stayed Dec 15, 2025I rented three beach houses. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! All three. Thank you Al. You are the best. Nirvana shores is just perfect! Panoramic view of the ocean and riverside. We had an amazing time in Restoration Sands as well. Restoration Sands was very rustic looking with the wood and fireplace. Just STUNNING in every single way. The Chateau de la mer was breathtaking. I had my wedding there. 20 people. STUNNING. This was my second time booking and I will forever be a customer. Thank you for allowing my family and I to really feel at home as you did with Art on the Beach. These will be forever memories and we cannot wait to create more. Thanks Al for everything.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025The houses are lovely and well appointed but unless you are piling into nooks, bunk beds or rollaway beds they sleep at MOST 20 adults in bedrooms in both houses. They are very strict about early check in, even though the cleaners were long gone. However, when the lock did not work we waited an hour to be let in AFTER checkin time. This only upset us because they were so inflexible about not letting us get in an hour early. They did respond quickly to any issues such as the broken lock and a broken AC. Both houses had elevators but the house on the river (which does not advertise the elevator) is definately more handicapped accessible. One nice thing is they ask you not to clean at the end, which we LOVED!

Stayed Jun 2, 2025This was the best beach house experience we have ever had! The combination of the two houses was perfect for our family group of 23 people ranging in age from 15 months to 89 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone and the setting of both houses was amazing! We enjoyed watching the ocean from the deck of the beach house. We could watch the kids play and also watch the wildlife and sunrise. Plenty of beach toys are provided, along with chairs and shade options. We enjoyed the swings in the shade under the deck. The river house is beautiful with amazing views and a dock for fishing. It has a great gathering area with plenty of space for everyone to eat and hang out. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and the big water trike. We used the fishing poles and some nets. There were life jackets and water shoes in lots of sizes. The houses are well stocked with all the paper products and cleaning products we needed. Having beach towels and all the toys provided was a big plus. You really don’t need to bring anything but swimsuits and some clothes. Everything else is provided. Another big plus was checkout. He said to just lock the doors and they do the rest. Very easy! We have already booked a return trip!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The two properties are in a spectacular location, with amazing views. They were both spotlessly clean and well equipped. One very small issue was handled promptly by the host. The extra touches with all of the added amenities was a nice surprise. The younger kids loved the treasure chests! I have no complaints other than our time there was too short! I will say that, because we had a number of teenagers, the sleeping arrangements worked fine. I’m not sure they would suit an all adult group, but that’s just my preference for privacy. I would definitely book these two properties for a future celebration. Thank you Al for the birthday surprise.

Stayed Dec 3, 2024Our Family had a most wonderful time and celebration. The accommodations were very comfortable, spacious, clean and well stocked. The views were quite spectacular too, sunrise and sunsets are incredible. The check-out checklist was a treat - nothing to do, just close the doors. Interaction with the manager was smooth, professional and complete - a pleaseure to work with. We're looking to rebook next year.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024We had an amazing stay at Yin and Yang for our company off-site retreat! Both properties were spacious and fit our entire team very comfortably. The large common areas were perfect for group meetings and gatherings, and we loved taking advantage of everything that was offered. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay both productive and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Sep 4, 2024Best homes we have ever stayed in! If you're considering these homes for your vacation, DO IT! They leave NOTHING out! Every detail is taken care of! Bring your suits and NOTHING else! they provide MORE than enough. We have never been so spoiled! We stay at many homes and these were BY FAR, THE BEST EVER! FULLY stocked with things you never even thought about! You will need nothing but clothes. We will be back and ill be packing much lighter lol! I cant say enough about these homes. You will not be disappointed! we even seen a sea turtle hatch and make its way to the ocean, we seen a tornado in the ocean, we seen a manatee in the shallow water on the river side swim right beside us, they caught sooo many fish, we seen dolphins in the ocean side, it was absolutely amazing!!! we did have a few issues and they were fixed or adressed within minutes! Al is an amazing host! 5 plus stars! cant wait to come back! Thank you for hosting our huge family for 2 important events :)

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We rented three properties from Al during our time on Hutchinson Island for a week's duration. Nirvana Shores, Restoration Sands, and Xanadu. All three were fantastic!! We came for a large family reunion with a mix of age ranges from toddlers all the way up to grandparents. Everyone was accommodated. I think the best part of it all was that there was very little we had to prepare for. The place was FULLY stocked (i really mean fully!!). If there are any issues, Al has helpers in the area who are merely a call away. We went in the rainy season, but that didn't really stop us from having a great time. Given that it's tropical rain, it came in bursts, so there were ample windows for us to get outside and have fun. We also had a covered pool area that we could access, which also helped! As far as food goes - kitchen was fully stocked (cooking seasoning, oil, cutlery, etc. etc.). There's a major chain grocery store just down the road as well, so pretty easy to restock on things. The area is generally quiet. All seem to be vacation homes with other families visiting. At the time we were there (again, a bit of a rainy time of the season), it was not crowded at all. Everyone had a fantastic time and are asking can we come back here again? Fantastic core memories made for the little ones. Highly recommend for a family get together.
