Yarmouth Escape - Near Seagull Beach/Pet Friendly

This is a perfect home for your summer vacation! Located south of Route 28, just minutes to Seagull Beach, Cape Escape is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shops & restaurants. It features a large backyard, perfect for lawn games. Plan to arrive, drop your things and head to the beach. When you get back, you can use the outdoor shower & relax around the fire pit while you bbq your dinner. You'll love getting to experience all the great attractions Cape Cod hasto offer! Dogs welcome.

The Space:
Inside you'll find a fully equipped, newly updated, kitchen, three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a full bed and the third that has two twin beds, central ac, washer & dryer with linens provided, and one full, also updated, bath!

Guest Access:
You’ll enjoy the entire space, inside and out, as your own, for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located south of Route 28, just minutes to Seagull Beach, restaurants and shops. You can get a weekly parking pass to access any and all of the Yarmouth Beaches while you’re here.

Getting Around:
It’s a great walking neighborhood. Closest beach (Seagull) is 1.8 miles away. Bikes are good, car is necessary.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that beach towels are not provided, please plan to bring your own. And please be sure sandy clothing/ towels are dry and all sand is removed before washing/ drying as the sand will clog the pump on the washer and a repair may be needed.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

Interaction with Guests:
