We had such a lovely time in Cape Cod and this vacation home was perfect! It’s conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants in Hyannis and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. The hosts were so kind, easy to communicate, and stopped by personally to greet us and check in. I’d love to go back!

This day was absolutely incredible… The view views, and location or absolutely impeccable…!! it was so clean. Everything was so well stocked… We wanted for nothing while we were there… Cannot say anything but wonderful things about the owners and the care and detail into this amazing property.!!! we will be going back!!!!

The property and the owners are AWESOME! The house is more beautiful than the pictures and the views of the bay are outstanding. An easy walk to Hyannis Harbor for restaurants and the ferry. Downtown Hyannis is walkable, too, although you may be better just driving. Cannot say enough good things about Annick and her husband. Fantastic throughout and they are very interesting people, too. We had 10 adults, 2 young children (ages 6 and 3) and an infant. Four generations of the family. Having the small beach at the end of the street was ideal for the kids. The house was perfect. Property was as described, very nicely appointed and comfortable. Good location, close to Hyannis for shopping, etc. Great chef's kitchen with plenty of accessories. Annick is very friendly and responsive to questions and recommendations. We had no problems/difficulties whatsoever, just a wonderful, relaxing time in Cape Cod.

Annick was an incredible host, anticipating every need and showering us with thoughtful touches. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by her beautiful home, and that feeling lasted until our very last steps out the door. We couldn't stop raving about our week-long stay! Every amenity imaginable was at our fingertips: comfy king-sized beds in plenty of bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, endless spots to gather or find a quiet moment, decks with amazing ocean views for morning coffee, beach chairs, linens, an incredible selection of games and puzzles, and a kitchen with a marble island that felt like its own island! Seriously, nothing was overlooked – they even had candles for the birthdays we celebrated that week. It was absolute perfection – a week of pure joy, rest, and re-energizing for our overworked lives that none of us will ever forget. We're already hoping to come back next year, because this was truly as good as it gets! Thank you, Annick, for the gift of your beautiful home and for making our first official family vacation so memorable.

Our 2 week vacation at this property was perfect from start to finish. We had 15 family members staying here very comfortably ranging in age from 4 to 75. The location was wonderful. So much to do here for adults and children alike! The beach was so much fun watching all of the activity of the harbor and it was so perfect for children with shallow calm water and all kinds of little sea life to entertain them for hours on end. The Host couldn't have made us feel more welcome and she was always around to answer questions and help out with anything that we needed. The house was incredibly supplied with bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, spices.....everything that you need!! Everyone in our family had a blast and we will definitely be going back. Thank you Annick!!!!

We are a multigenerational bicoastal family group and this house served us well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and easily fit 2 porta-cribs for my daughter’s 10 mo twins. Nearby beach was perfect for our five “littles” and the view was stunning. Best part of house was kitchen with huge island and open family room with porch. Terrific place to cook and socialize!

The owner has done a wonderful job describing this house and its location. You can believe what you read. If you're coming to Cape Cod with a big group (we were 13 age 3 months to 79 years) you will not be disappointed. Quit scrolling and just book it!

I traveled to Hyannis in October for a cape golf weekend with 12 guys. Annick was able separate many of the king size beds so that everyone had their own private bed. The house was incredible. Beautiful location and very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend, and we plan to be back next weekend.

Our extended family of three generations were extremely comfortable in this very well equipped house. The house is beautiful and views of the sea are spectacular. Hosts are lovely. We hope to return

From day one, Annick was extremely responsive and helpful in our booking and any questions we had. We booked this house for a quiet bachelorette weekend with 14 girlfriends from Ontario and we couldn’t have loved the home any more. The pictures do not do it justice. The spacious bedrooms, plentiful sitting rooms, and beautiful large kitchen made socializing together feel like home. We spent the days and evenings walking 2 minutes down the street to the beach to watch the sunset thanks to the perfect proximity of the property. There were many amazing memories made here and we can’t thank Annick enough for sharing this home with us.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, extremely well-equipped house with a super-accommodating host. Everything was as described and pictured. We were three couples and a 2-year-old, and the layout was perfect. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, but there was ample communal space to spend time together. The kitchen was fabulous.
