The kitchen had everything we needed and all linens were provided. The master bedroom was amazing! All other bedrooms were very comfortable.

The house is ideal for a family with young or older kids. It is well supplied with every utensil and toy you'll need or want. Both indoor and outdoor areas are great. A terrific place that we feel fortunate to share.

We have stayed in several different areas on the Cape and on MV. This is our favorite family vacation spot.This house was exactly as it was listed.We brought our one yr old granddaughter for her first trip, and this house is well stocked for children. (Toys, high chair, porta crib/w sheets)The walk to the beach is as listed. My daughter and son-in-law (first trip), loved walking down with the baby!They have everything available to cook. Washer/dryer available.We had a great week!

House was amazing! It was even more beautiful than the pictures. So much room to spread out for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were extremely comfortable plus provided amenities like shampoo, detergent, soap & paper towels were much appreciated. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We spent Thanksgiving in this incredible home and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare our Thanksgiving feast which included a double oven! Location is in a beautiful area and we loved watching the ferries go in and out of the Hyannis Harbor. We all hated to leave and hope to come back some day! Thank you for sharing your home!

This home was great and loved the location as well as the amenities. The only complaint was the upstairs BRs were warm: need fans or updated AC unit. We hope to come back every year!

The house was convenient, clean, and spacious for our my family which is people from their 20s to their 50s. I'd suggest upgrading the TV and the rusted grill, but other than that the property had everything we could need including providing all bedding and towels which is a huge plus!

The small beach at the end of the road is a very short walk and offers a great view of the bay and the daily ferry runs. The house sits on the corner of a quaint neighborhood that sees a lot of daily neighborhood traffic, but did not diminish its appeal. The area allows for ease of access to downtown Hyannis with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed Trader Ed’s at the Hyannis Marina. As first time renters on the Cape we were very pleased with our selection. Thank you for helping to create great memories. My true overall rating is 4.5

Overall, the house was nice and well equipped. The main issue was that the AC upstairs was not working properly resulting in some uncomfortable nights and limited sleep. The property manager was initially not responsive but then they sent fans. Fans didnt address the issue. Disappointing to spend so much on a vacation home and be so uncomfortable.
