Gorgeously rebuilt Cape Cod estate with lovely grounds, walk to private beach

Our second year here. House is perfect for our family of 9. Like new furnishings, huge kitchen, great outdoor space, and a five minute walk to a free private beach. Have already booked for next year.

We had a beautiful stay! The home was spacious and perfect for our family vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already hoping to return!

Beautiful home in a great location! Home was is such great shape with everything you need for a few days away. Fully equipped large kitchen which is great for entertaining. Lovely gas fireplace to enjoy at night. Plenty of space for our family. Just a great spot! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The layout of the main floor and the large dining table made it very easy for our group to be able to spend time together. The beach in walking distance was great, and the backyard perfect for outdoor dining. The house was impeccably clean and the beds and furniture very comfortable for everyone. We will definitely stay again!

Lewis Bay Getaway was perfect to call our home away from home while we visited Cape Cod. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to cook a wonderful dinner. The outdoor firepit area provided a great space to gather and talk about our adventures of the day. The Jersey7(group of 7 girlfriends) enjoyed our time in this beautiful home.

Located on a spacious lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Short walk to the private beach and jetty on Lewis Bay. Calm waters for children. Beautifully appointed home with all the latest amenities. Close to airport and downtown Hyannis. Accessible mid-Cape location. Guest services very responsive to inquiries.

This is a beautiful home which is very well kept and clean. It is also an easy 5 minute walk to a private beach. Plenty of room for a family of 8.

It had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations. Our family of 9 could dine comfortably both indoors and out. Kitchen well stocked with like new equipment. Beach necessities all provided except for umbrellas. Outdoor gas fire pit a real plus. One block to a private beach on the bay. Beautifully furnished throughout. Vacasa team very helpful Only negative was spotty WiFi.

We stayed here the second week of July , 6 adults and 2 toddlers . Our first family summer beach vacation . The home is lovely ! Exactly as pictured . It was also immaculately clean,beautifully decorated yet also warm and cozy . There was plenty of room for everyone , we had family dinners every night at the house ( easier than dining out with toddlers ) we really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen . Tons of dishes , silverware etc . Cooking and serving dishes and utensils all there. The side room off the living room with the pocket door was used every morning by whichever munchkin got up early . The parent could come downstairs quietly , grab a coffee and go in their with the little one and pull the door closed and not wake anyone upstairs. We were a 4minute walk from the private beach , we borrowed the beach cart from the shed , where we also stored our bikes . The outdoor shower was so nice and the kiddos loved it . They had a bath every night in the tub in the first floor bathroom . So nice there was a tub for the little ones ! I cannot say enough about this incredible property . I wouldn’t change a thing. We hope to come back every summer and make more memories! Kudos to the owners and Vacasa for making this the perfect beach house !!!!

Great centralized location on the Cape. Everything was clean and new. Very spacious, plenty of room for all the guests. It was stocked with all the kitchenware that we needed. Grounds are well-maintained, short walk to the private beach. Very relaxing yard with gas firepit for gathering after dinner. Responsive to all our questions.

Very clean. Close to beach. Everything we were hoping for and then some. We would stay there again.
