We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent for what we were looking for. We could easily walk to the ferry and Marine Avenue. The owner created a beautiful yet comfortable environment to relax and enjoy Balboa. Matt was great with communication and support for any questions or needs we had while we were there. Matt is absolutely the best! And the house is perfect! Home is just a couple houses down from the bay, which is perfect for a morning or afternoon walks ! Also close to downtown area which has special shops and restaurants. The home is decorated to perfection and so comfortable and homey. It has everything we needed for cooking and beds are soft and comfy. We had a family emergency while visiting and needed to extend our visit and Matt was great with extending our stay. I am just happy that his home was available so we didn't have to move somewhere else. I hope we can return in the near future and stay for an extended period! It is truly a special place! Thanks Matt for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is impeccably designed, charming, well appointed, and very clean. The location is also ideal. It’s close to the bayfront, marine, and the car ferry for easy access to the peninsula. The hosts were very prompt in responding to us and very helpful. We will absolutely be back again. 10/10 recommend

This was a 5-star experience all the way! Matt was very nice and responsive throughout our whole stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach, Balboa main strip, CDM and Newport. The house itself is in a quiet spot. The house is gorgeous! The layout, decor and details are so well done and just beautiful. We had an amazing trip. If this house is available for your stay, jump on it!

This is a really neat home in a wonderful location. It is a few houses from the bay and a short walk to quaint Marine Street with it's restaurants and shops. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated and spotless. We had everything we needed - beach wagon and chairs, kitchen supplies, starter supplies and very comfortable beds. We appreciated the flexibility Matt showed us and really enjoyed out time. I would recommend this property and would stay there again! Thanks!
