Walk to Beach , Bright and Clean

The house is as described and is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Street is fairly quiet and we loved that there was an ice cream shop at the end of the street. Judi was very good at communicating and she even let us know that the house was ready a little early, which was awesome as we were already in the area. The circular driveway was very convenient for visibility purposes. Overall, great stay!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and came with everything we needed for the beach, playing in the backyard, and playing inside too. Perfect location to get to activities around the cape and enjoy the local beach at the end of the road. Judi was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy, comfortable and convenient. Walk to the local beach, coffee shop and miniature golf. Great location to head off on longer adventures. Judi the host did a fantastic job communicating and quickly helped us with a minor repair at the property. Super responsive. We had a wonderful week and were sad when it was time to leave - felt right at home.

It was so wonderful arriving to a home that had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and lots of beach towels and toys, games for kids, books to read, and more. We also loved the private backyard where we could relax and sip our morning coffee. The host was exceptional, making sure we had everything we needed and being in contact for all things big and small.

My family and I really enjoyed our home for the week! The outdoor shower and all the beach goodies in the shed were a huge bonus. Communication was excellent and the extras that the owner provided our family was above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it completely!

My family and I have had an amazing stay! The property manager stayed in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was very well appointed, it was comfortable, and located in the middle of Cape Cod. Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are easily accessible by boat from Hyannis (a few minutes drive from the house to the dock), while Provincetown, Truro, or Nauset Beach are a relatively short drive away. The backyard is great for relaxing, or sipping a glass of wine around a fire pit. Will definitely come back!
