We have just spent an amazing week here. The property is a perfect place.to stay and base.from which to explore. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. The views from the garden are stunning, and the peace and quiet is sublime. The property is located on a farm which adds to its charm, and the family are friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much, we will be returning!

We had a marvellous week in Fanny's gite in August '20. The property is clean, comfortable and well-equipped - and really close to so many places to visit. For those travelling by car with bikes, there's a private garage where we stored our roof rack, 4 bikes, and bike carrier, when we didn't need them during the week. The pool is shared, but it was never crowded. Fanny is excellent at managing the arrangements the arrival/departures/keys and deposits and communicated often and clearly - this was especially useful during the uncertainties this summer with travel and Covid-19. I would recommend Fanny and her holiday homes without hesitation. Thank you, Fanny.

This place was truely magical for our holiday and we wished we could stay longer. A week was too short. The arrangments were easy. Deposit payed by PayPal (from Vancouver,Canada), communication with the owner easy and immediate. The location of this place is fabulous - walking distance (even with 5 and 7 year olds) to Beynac, only 5-10 minutes to beatiful castles and villages such as La Roque Gageac, Domme, Castelnau, canoeing opportunities...20 minutes to many of the prehistoric caves in the area. The pool was great for relaxing in the evening and the kids loved it. The place is quiet, facing a field and views of the castles as desribed. The church bell nearby rings the hours. All the equipment in the cottage was as described (gas stove, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV) - we rented sheets and towels from the owner (additional charge as usual in France). Highly, highly recommended!!!!

Excellent throughout, the description of this property does not do it justice. Based on desription we did not expect the Gite to be so roomy, the private garden is also large, we did lookup the location on google earth, we were aprehensive about the nearby railway line, this is a rural line in a hollow at the other side of the owner''s house which itself is a barn and a courtyard away from the gites, the area and the view from the gite are just amazing. The property and facilities are well maintained and in a very good state of repairs, most of the facilities advertised for the area (including food and shopping) are within walking distance yet the property is located in an isolated oasis in Vézac and very close to Beygnac and the Chateaux which surround the plain.

This is a wonderful rental, exactly as portrayed by the owners. The location is extremely convenient, the gite is quite spacious and remains fairly cool if it is hot. The view from the yard is beautiful. Be advised, however, that the owners do not speak very much English, so it would be good if your French was better than ours (which is, unfortunately, quite poor). Also, this is a working farm, and the owners are quite busy during the growing season - not unfriendly, simply busy. This was our fourth stay in a gite in Perigord, so we didn't need to have everything explained to us. We can't emphasize enough that this is a wonderful place to stay, but we think it would be a challenge for a first-time renter with very limited French.

Really pleasant accommodation in a great setting on a farm. Lots of things to do in this area. I would definitely go again.
