Stayed Jun 29, 2019Villa good, pool good, gardens good and on a par with many we have stayed at in the local area, but..... let down by the little things! Only plastic glasses available at this villa and a lot of them had cracks. Understandable around the pool area but give the adults some credit for being responsible - plastic glasses were a big let down. Only 1 parasol left in working order, wasp nests in the garden furniture, WiFi kept dropping out, only 1 maid visit per week and a dodgy gate key fob. Only minor gripes but for the money we expected a lot better. Would we book again - No. The local management company have a lot to learn about customer satisfaction - presentation is one aspect but practicality and usefulness is probably more important. Suggestions to improve are to provide a basic welcome food hamper, more frequent maid service, inspect & repair parasols, provide pool towels and improve the WiFi/TV service. In our case we didn't feel it was value for money.

Stayed Jun 8, 2019Super villa just the right distance from Carvoeiro to walk some of the calories off from great restaurants and bars. We all had a fun and relaxing stay.
