The property was accurately described in the listing. The property was comfortable, well appointed and we couldn’t find a better location for Balboa Island.

Excellent apartment! Spacious. Extremely clean. Great roof top deck. Fabulous location!!!!

Lacked items like paper, pen, baggies or saran wrap. Not one piece of information about Balboa at all. Only one card game, one book. It would have been nice to have a small cooler for guest to go to beach. Some windows did not open. It just lacked personality for the guests. It really could use a small table for drinks. We have stayed in three other homes to date and they all had above items that were mentioned.We would not stay again.

It was but the place is directly below the flight path and flights start early. Very noisy. I don’t recall “stairs” being discussed in the listing. We are over 75 and stairs are a big deal. We managed, but it was challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location - very charming yet cozy (loved the restaurant across the street- so convenient) and right in the heart of Balboa! The property was very clean, check in was seamless and we loved having a parking spot available. My family and I will definitely be back!

Excellent location and parking in off street carport is a plus. Equipped with convenient amenities in the kitchen. The roof deck is really nice for morning or evening hang outs.The king mattress could use an upgrade but otherwise this is a great place for two people!

We visit Newport Beach multiple times a year, so we’ve stayed at quite a few property rentals. This one was by far our favorite location! As a family of four, I would say it was a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The pull out sofa bed was perfect for my 2 sons. I would definitely stay there again. The architecture and decor is very Mediterranean, and there is a bit of a learning curve to the bath fixtures. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, there were plenty of linens and beach towels. The boogie boards were a nice touch, and we appreciated having on site laundry machines.

The unit has top-of-the-line everything (appliances, decor, bedding...even the windows). Despite being near the hub of activity near the ferry, it is blissfully quiet and secure in this unit (since most auto and pedestrian traffic doesn't go past Agate) The location is perfect - easy to go across to the peninsula, an easy walk to Marine Ave with all the shops and even a really great restaurant (Todos Santos) right across the street. And having a covered parking spot on Balboa Island is a big, almost essential, convenience.

Great place for enjoying what Balboa Island has to offer. Easy access to freeways when needing to get out and about. Well furnished kitchen and bbq for staying in as well.

This cute little place was so adorable and very comfortable. The area was in good location. Would definitely consider staying here again. The process the communication was also very easy.

Really nice spot for two folks, with easy walking distance to the Main Street on Balboa Island. Plus, just one block from catching the Ferry. Condo is easy access, has off-street parking and is very comfortable. We’ll use it again!

I was in town for four nights on business and wanted to stay on Balboa Island. My wife and I have stayed several places before but none of them had air conditioning and for my stay in July I was happy to find the Tuscan style retreat did. The place was just as advertised, clean, and within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The off street parking is a huge convenience as well. Next time my wife and I visit we will be sure to book.
