Stayed Sep 29, 2025Celebrated my granddaughter’s 21st birthday. The house was in a great location. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, beach and Newport pier. We had an awesome time and the owner was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. I would definitely recommend this vrbo and also stay there again.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of beach gear including coolers, wagons, boards, chairs, bikes and more. The house had everything to cook. The beds were comfortable. Location is close to sand, shops, restaurants, and the only grocery store on the peninsula. The roof top deck was a nice bonus. Steve is a great host, easy to communicate with and friendly. We recommend this beach house!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Steve was a fantastic host. His property was very clean and comfortable- just what you want for that classic beach house experience. We were only 30 mins or so away from the Disney parking lots - Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals lots, so a quick tram ride to the parks from there. Then we were only a very short walk from a wonderful beach. Grocery store (Pavilions) and places to eat were also a very short walk away. We really enjoyed Woody’s Diner for breakfast. You won’t go wrong staying here at the beach house!

Stayed May 31, 2025The house was perfect for our family of 10 ranging from 7 to 54. Easy walk or bike ride to many places and so many things provided. We had a huge van to haul all of us so provided parking didnt work, but Steve helped us find spots.

Steve was so helpful from the time of booking to the time we checked out. The house has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home, so packing was a breeze. We're looking forward to our next vacation here!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025AMAZING! Steve provided more accommodations than we expected and exceeded them. Everything was clean and cozy. A great distance from the sand and beach. Lovely neighborhood. The party was able to have a great time indoors and outdoors, and the whole experience was enhanced by our surroundings. All of us would love to return here whenever we plan to stay in this side of town again.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024We had a wedding that we attended in the area and stay and this great property close to Newport Beach! It’s a great spot and very quaint Steve is one of the best and most conscientious hosts that i have ever dealt with. The property has lots of amenities and he let us know about important detail (such as when the streets are swept and we needed to move our cars). Appreciated it so much and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Steve, thought of all the details. We were so comfortable in his cozy location. We especially loved sitting on the roof and watching the sunset at night. The walking distance to the beach was wonderful too. We will definitely come back in yours to come!
