Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

• Our housekeeping is on a schedule and needs their full time to get the home ready for the next guests. All unauthorized/unpaid early check-in or late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee every 15 minutes.
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available) - $150+tax each
• Pets are allowed with exceptions:
$200/stay for up to 2 dogs* (this does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your dog)
