MAXIMUM overnight occupancy is the # stated in the reservation for up to 4 people (including infants/children). We rent to1-4 people only! We live nearby and personally check-in guests. Any travel group that arrives with more than 4 guests will be turned away and will need to find other accommodations.

LIMITED, INFREQUENT daytime visitors of 2 people maximum. Over occupancy, day or night will result in removal from the property without a refund.

Typical Dock Day: Walk 2 short blocks to the beach for sunrise, enjoy a cup of Keurig brewed coffee or tea on the large shared front patio, shower in the elegant, cozy bathroom, watch your beloved sports team or movie on the Samsung 55 UHD/Smart TV in the living room or the Samsung 40 UHD/Smart TV in the bedroom, use provided beach chairs and boogie boards to get lots of sand between your toes, BBQ on the natural gas grill or walk a block maybe two to a fantastic restaurant, watch the sunset, and read followed by sleep on a comfortable clean bed. The next day hit repeat with a few changes for variety.

Details, Details: Garage parking (measurements 6'9HX9'Wx17'D) small to midsize sedans/SUVs), Bedrooms have A/C Units, DIRECTV Ultimate Package plus movie channels, DVD/Blu-ray player, Internet/WIFI, Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, Samsung stainless steel appliances, one bedroom with a King bed and 40 TV, one bedroom with 2 Twin beds, both bedrooms along with he bathroom are located on 2nd floor above the garage, the bathroom has custom tile and stone shower and granite top vanity with ornate mirrors above, private full-size Maytag washer/dryer, high-quality linens provided, a starter set of soaps and paper goods included. Towels including beach, bath, hand and wash clothes plus kitchen towels provided. Large, shared front patio with Weber natural gas BBQ, table with comfortable cushioned chairs (seats 4), and beach gear (4 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards). Live plants accent the home inside and out. Come make some wonderful, happy memories at The Dock!

Out of respect to our neighbors, the patio closes at 10 PM. Our neighbors are not on vacation and their right to enjoy their homes is important!

Over occupancy and/or noise levels affecting residents of Newport Beach are enforced by the City of Newport Beach Code and Law Enforcement 24/7. If the guest(s) over occupancy or noise levels result in a city fine, $1,000 minimum, the fine will be charged to the reservation. ALL guests will be immediately evicted from the property.

NO PETS-allergy free home due to family allergies

Best suited for 1-4 guests including families with respectful, older (8+) children that eat meals and snacks at the indoor or outdoor table. Adults/children need to be safe and capable with stairs.

There is a friendly, quiet professional couple that are long-term tenants in the front unit of our home. You may never see or hear them but good to be aware they are on the property.

    AWESOME place to stay. The rental was well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, and outdoor dishes for the patio with bar-b-que utensils.The house is well appointed with comfortable furniture and decor throughout. No need to worry about parking because you have one parking place in the garage and a washer and dryer, too.The owners are GREAT!! They care about you having a wonderful experience. You may contact them if you ever have a question.Also, the location is perfect…. Close to the ocean, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.We have vacationed at The Dock the last few years and will continue to do so because this not only a great place, but the owners really care.

    I loved this place! The reviews are accurate. The host was wonderful, communicative, and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. I loved the location—not too close to the high-summer beach crowds, but not too far for a quick walk to the sand. I'd move in if I could figure out how to do it. Thanks for a great stay!

    Great spot close to the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Holly met us at the house when we checked in. She gave us some ideas of places to check out in the area and made sure we were all squared away with the necessary info for the house. Clean and comfortable spot with plenty of space to hangout. Nice area with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

    Perfect little spot. Kitchen was well supplied with all equipment needed.unit was very clean and directives clear and comprehensive. Woulld highly recommend for couple get away but not for children under 5/6 years old.Easy walk to al the highlights of the area.

    From the moment you enter the property, it is an aha moment. Beautifully decorated with a beachy vibe. Just a fantastic relaxing experience at this property. Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Very well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. Super clean. Most gracious property manager who greets you upon arrival.     This is our 7th summer at The Dock. The location and genuine comfort is what keeps us coming back. As previous residents of Newport Beach, The Dock makes us fell like we are living back in our old neighborhood. The location is close to the action but tucked away on a quiet street. Not to mention, Holly and Drew are amazing host.

    We absolutely loved our stay at The Dock! Holly answered all of my questions before we arrived and met us upon arrival for check in. I had her number, very easy to contact if needed. The property was as described. Very clean. Perfect size for my family of 4. Love the twin beds for my kids that are 11&9. I would agree that it is not the place for kids probably under 5 because of the steps and decorations. We also loved this place over previous Newport Beach locations because it was quiet at night!! Yet, only a few blocks from beach and walking distance to about anything you need! The garage was an added bonus! We will be back!
