This air conditioned Colina Branca townhouse is a set on a small superbly located complex of holiday townhouses, situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach at the centre of Carvoeiro.

This lovely townhouse has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and can sleep a maximum of 4 people. It has wonderful views over the bay of Carvoeiro.

In addition the large shared pool and lush gardens make Colina Branca a wonderful holiday location.

This individually owned townhouse is situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from the roof terrace and spacious balconies, and is only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. The house has a double and a twin bedroom and can sleep a maximum of 4 people. In the current economic climate, this house represents excellent value for money.

During the winter from November to March inclusive, there is a special low rate for long winter lets of minumum 28 days duration. During this period, electricity is charged additionally at the rate of 0.25€ per unit used. 

Just 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of this lively little fishing town, Colina Branca is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Pestana Golf Centre being a few minutes’ driving distance.

The large elegant living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the fantastic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.

Bedroom one boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Living Room -  Large living room and dining area combined. Sofa sitting and large dining table. Log burner. Patio doors leading to sheltered South facing sun terrace with sea view, additional dining table and chairs, and sun loungers.

Kitchen  - Fully appointed kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and storage cupboards.

Bedrooms  - One bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room and sliding patio doors to small balcony. One further bedroom with twin beds, with sliding patio doors to small balcony, situated next to family bathroom.  The house comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults.

Bathroom -  En-suite shower room to bedroom 1, plus a family bathroom.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service -   Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service once a week, this is included in the rental cost.

Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own terraced patio areas. The roof terrace offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean. Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night. Please note there is no swimming permitted after 8pm.

Car hire is recommended, the townhouse has a car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive,we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation. 

There is an information folder for guests use in each house. This contains a comprehensive guide to the area, restaurants, places of interest and emergency telephone numbers.

Beach
There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marinha, Benagil, Carvalho and Albandeira. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.

Golf
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive.

Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.

Location
Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.

The nearest big supermarket to Colina Branca is Intermarche – only 3 or 4 minutes’ drive away. This offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and fish and just about everything else you will need to make your holiday easier. However, there is a small supermarket (and off-licence) just 3 or 4 minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro for all emergency essentials and fresh bread and pastries. Cash point machines and banks are available in Carvoeiro.

Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.

As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.

Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

    The location and view were outstanding. The balcony we got #23 was better than the pic as it had a glass wall. In the summer the cool tiles in house would be welcome but in winter warm socks are needed, The kitchen was well stocked with extra condiments. Linens were lovely but the twin beds pushed together did not work well nor the single duvets. The welcome package very overpriced. There was not enough hot water for 2 adults showering back to back. The ensuite shower was too small. The voice on he phone when we called about the no propane barbeque was not pleasant. Check in was seemless.

    Beautiful Villa, very quiet. Very comfortable. Only drawback is the steep climb back to villa, I walked it but husband could not.

    Very nice and well equiped appartment with a worderfull view over Carvoiero and the Atlantic Ocean - The location is close to everything. We loved our stay here, and would not hesitate to rent this appartment for a future holiday in Portugal. Jonna & Torben
