Stunning townhome in perfect West Newport location. 1 minute walk to beach.

The best VRBO i have ever stayed in. From communication, to welcoming, to cleanliness and overall look. We loved it so much and will definitely be back!

Very clean. AC upstairs and fans in rooms were nice. We were able to fit a large SUV in the carport. Easy walk to the beach with kids. Had a nice welcome note upon arrival. Body boards and beach chairs were a little tattered but not a big deal. Overall a great stay!

We had the best week! The home and location are perfect. The owners were so responsive and easy to work with! We loved everything about it and hope to come back next year.

this was the perfect location for our family trip to the best coast! things we loved: pressure and temperature of water for shower, nice laundry set up, short walk to beach, parking spot, plenty of space for our family of 6, amazing decor/appliances and remodel things to improve: better internet service/speed, second floor living space gets rather warm despite window ac units but the weather is pretty perfect so windows open kept things nice!!

We really enjoyed the home and the location. Super easy access to beach, balboa island, kayaking and more. Very accommodating check in and out. And lovely welcome treat. Recommend!

Had a wonderful stay with our adult sons and their wives. Well equipped with everything we needed, and a great location close to the sand. Property manager was responsive and friendly. We’d gladly stay again!

The pictures don't do this home justice. Knowing Newport Beach as well as I do, I can say this place has a stunning interior that is perfect for families and larger groups as compared to other beach front homes. Thank you for all the nice touches as well!

Great place to stay. No complaints. Kitchen is upstairs if you cannot do stairs. I went in August upstairs gets warm during peak sunlight hours.

Our family loved how convenient it was to walk to the beach! Our group also liked having the two separate living room areas to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay!

Home is fabulous! The entire place was very clean and comfortable. Love house decor. Hosts were very thoughtful - house has boogie boards, chairs, basic staples for cooking. Neighborhood is quiet but an easy walk on the beach path to all the activity in Newport.

The house was better than we expected!! Our group of 9 had plenty of space for the last leg of our vacation. Everyone had their own space with 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths. The beach is literally a 1 min. walk. The owner David was helping & quick in answering any ??'s I had for the house and area. Natalie, the property mgr lives on the other side of the unit. We would definitely stay there again!!!
