We had the best stay at Seas the Day! We love coming here when we're in Broadkill Beach. The house is wonderful and fit my family of 4 well. It was just enough space for my husband, 2 year old daughter, and our dog for our vacation. The location is great and so are the amenities. We will be back!

Great communication with the owner prior to check in. Ceck in was a breeze and the home had everything. From a selection of spices, to beach umbrellas, to extra fans, toiletries and a stand up paddle board. There is also filtered water on the inside left part of the fridge that we didn’t find until Wednesday. The walk to the beach over the dune was too much for my elderly parents. It was also buggy. Rehoboth was only about a half hour away even with all the traffic. There was a heat wave when we stayed and the AC could not keep up, but we found fans to keep us cool. Once around 6 or 7 rolled around the home cooled quickly for the night. The inside steps were pretty narrow and weirdly shaped. There was a step up into the kitchen that also took some getting used to. Quiet neighborhood even though the homes were close. Also, remember to sign a shell! We forgot. Stayed in late June 2025.

Everything at Seas the Day was carefully thought of; from the decor, to the amenities, to the warm and comfortable feel of the cottage. Nothing was left to chance. It is literally a very short walk to the beach. This was the most enjoyable and relaxing time we have had in a while. For sure, we will be back again soon! HIGHLY Recommended! Thank you!

This was our first time staying in Broadkill & it certainly didn’t disappoint! This house is the perfect location from the beach. It had everything & more that we enjoyed. From beach toys, to beach chairs, to the screened in deck, to the large dining space. It was the perfect stay to conclude summer with our siblings.

This vacation area is like the Outer Banks but in Delaware. If you are looking for a chill spot with very little crowds than this is for you.

My family and I have been coming to DE for our beach vacation for years - so, we look forward to this trip for months! And, this year did not disappoint! We love this area and being in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path - enjoying nature and just relaxing. This house is cute, comfortable and clean - with many items that you might forget to bring provided for you! The owners are friendly and very responsive, too. Our only complaint this year (through NO fault of the owners) was the surrounding construction during our stay. Renovations next door made parking difficult, but that was manageable. The hardest thing for our poor puppy, though, was new construction across the street! This involved the installation of over 20 support beams - with the pounding involved scaring her so much that she NEVER wanted to go outside! This area is part of a nature preserve, so construction will be limited (thankfully!). Beyond our pup's emotional state, we really enjoyed our third stay at Seas The Day!

Well stocked and so easy to get to the beach. We've done several rentals in Broadkill. Price is about right for this offering. We really liked the new/unopened board games and beach gear. My main issue with this one was that it could have been cleaner and had a bit of that funky smell that is probably from high humidity. We had an issue at the outset but owner was very responsive.

This was our 7th consecutive year staying at this property. It simply has everything to make your time pleasurable and doesn’t require much other than you getting there. Look forward to staying again.

Another great visit to Sea's the Day! The house is always clean and ready for us upon the 3PM arrival, it has everything you could possibly need! Quite, peaceful, relaxing week at the Bay. Can't wait to be back!
