Stayed Jul 28, 2025Marianna’s house was beautiful, in the perfect location, and had everything we needed during our stay. The beach directly outside of the house is very peaceful and clean. Marianna was very responsive to anything and everything we needed during our stay. Also, this is very central to many touristy locations such as Lewes and Rehobeth, but out of the hustle and bustle which is exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend anybody looking to stay in the Broadkill beach area to stay here!

Stayed Jul 9, 2024We booked this house for a week to be close to the Delaware turf for lacrosse tournaments and it was great! Easy location right on the beach with beautiful views!

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Weekend trip to DE for an event. The house was perfect and as described. Many extra little touches around the house made our stay warm and comfortable. I will stay again next time!
