Grand master bedroom includes a jetted spa tub with ocean views, and generous living area. Enjoy some peace and quiet on the secluded rooftop deck or soak up some sun and people watch on the front patio or balcony. Air Conditioning, laundry and 2 car garage parking.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Maximum number of guests allowed is 6 people including children.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage parking

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, pillows, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Bookings canceled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will not receive a refund. Processing/management fees are not refundable.

    What a fabulous home. We all enjoyed our stay and the location can’t be beat. Not only is the beach right out front but everything we needed was a short walk away - a grocery store, bars and restaurants, gift and surf shops, etc. Our family had a great time and we’d love to come back!

    We had such a lovely time in Newport Beach. We have an infant (7 weeks old!) and had initially planned on staying home (Seattle ) for the holidays, but at the last minute realized we needed to get out of the rain.The home: really cute property (entire house ) right on the beach ,every morning , we’d sip coffee and watch our 3 older kids play on the beach . In the evenings , we watched the subset from the patio.The management : super good communication- and accommodated our several requests . From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.We did a million activities on the trip, including Disney, but honestly, the highlight was just enjoying the lovely weather and the beach from this beautiful house. Thank you! We will be back!

    Great accommodations and great location! This is our 3rd stay in this house. It is very well equipped with everything you need, conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery store and pier. The property management company was very helpful and easy to work with. We had a wonderful getaway! Highly recommend!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the beach! The house was clean, well equipped, and the location was an easy walk to the pier and shops. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay again.

    We had a great time and loved being right on the beach and walkable to Pavillion grocery, restaurants and shopping. House was perfect size for our family of 4 to celebrate Thanksgiving. Easy access and great communication with manager. Definitely recommend this home.
