Stayed Dec 21, 2025What a fabulous home. We all enjoyed our stay and the location can’t be beat. Not only is the beach right out front but everything we needed was a short walk away - a grocery store, bars and restaurants, gift and surf shops, etc. Our family had a great time and we’d love to come back!

Stayed Dec 19, 2024We had such a lovely time in Newport Beach. We have an infant (7 weeks old!) and had initially planned on staying home (Seattle ) for the holidays, but at the last minute realized we needed to get out of the rain.The home: really cute property (entire house ) right on the beach ,every morning , we’d sip coffee and watch our 3 older kids play on the beach . In the evenings , we watched the subset from the patio.The management : super good communication- and accommodated our several requests . From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.We did a million activities on the trip, including Disney, but honestly, the highlight was just enjoying the lovely weather and the beach from this beautiful house. Thank you! We will be back!

It is very well equipped with everything you need, conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery store and pier. The property management company was very helpful and easy to work with. We had a wonderful getaway! Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 22, 2022We had a great time and loved being right on the beach and walkable to Pavillion grocery, restaurants and shopping. House was perfect size for our family of 4 to celebrate Thanksgiving. Easy access and great communication with manager. Definitely recommend this home.
