Snowbird-friendly duplex steps to beach with deck, balcony & private hot tub

The pictures of this property must’ve been taken when it first opened, it does not look like that now. The inside was ok, the floor had not been cleaned very thoroughly. I wiped up some water that spilled and the paper towel was black, so were the bottom of our socks. We ended up wearing our shoes the whole time. The ensuite shower was not cleaned well either. The room that had the other king bed, could use some TLC. The patio was filthy. The cushions looked like someone had spilt something all over them. You could tell that people used the hot tub multiple times, there was dirt swirled around the hot tub, and no one bothered to hose the patio down. I took pictures and sent them to Vacasa, they said someone would come clean, which did not happen. I told them to compensate my a nights stay for the inconvenience, which they did. We put beach towels on the chairs so we could at least sit outside. It’s close walking distance to the beach, which was lovely. Probably won’t ever book this place again.

We entered the unit to see BROKEN signs on the dishwasher and vaccum cleaner. The jacuzzi was full of sand. After 10 minutes of walking on the floors barefoot, the soles of my feet were black. Further, I'd reached out to mgmt to ensure good cleaning practices would be used - they were not. The kicker - which was not listed on the site - is that there is NO DOOR TO THE RESTROOM FROM THE MASTER BEDROOM!! I was assured the property mgr would reach out to make better on all the issues we encountered. She did not - even after I'd reached out several times to get this resolved. The temp mgr did set up maintenance for the jacuzzi and dishwasher, but it put a damper on our trip and compromised our plans. I DO NOT recommend this unit.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to Beach and Bay along with the grocery store and several local shops. The hot tub was a huge hit!

This home was perfect for our trip. Location was great. Near beach, clubs, bars and shopping. The only thing I would like to have had at our stay was some cleaning items. If a spill occurred we want to clean it properly.

Location was fabulous and 2 min walk to the beach. Plus a very tasty taco stand steps from the front door. Hot tub was great, only complaint was the fridge was pretty smelly from the previous guests. 4.5/5!

In need of a deep clean, floors havent been mopped in months. Fans are covered in dust if you suffer any allergies like myself. Spa isnt serviced like they state we were only able to use once then noticed it was lacking chemicals. After a deep clean the unit would have been perfect, location is great and walking distance to so much. Beds are very soft, has washer and dryer I washed bedding at arrival as I wasnt confident of the cleaning based on everything else. Guest services never responded, not sure if that is normal or not so hopefully you dont need anything important.

I was looking for a place to stay for my birthday trip and found this awesome home! It was the perfect space to fit me and my friends, and the outside balcony with the hot tub was the best addition for our relaxation while there. It was about a block away from the beach and had close places to eat/shop nearby. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a chill beach getaway!

We were very happy with the house, it was clean and comfortable and great location. The only issue we had was the hot tub looked dirty when we arrived but they promptly got someone out to clean it. It is a small very basic hot tub so difficult to keep sparkling clean, so wasn’t a huge issue, we still were able to use it during our stay. The house had lots of towels which was nice for the beach and spa. And was very nice to have the grocery store around the corner and the beach across the street.

The home has everything needed for a family. It is walking distance to restaurants, the beach and grocery store.

This is a cute older home. The kitchen and floors throughout have been updated. The location is great, one block to the beach and Pavilions Grocery is just around the corner. The photos are not exactly up to date. The patio furniture and spa are very old and weathered. The french doors to the patio do not close properly and as a result the property must be constantly swept for sand. Sand is expected at the beach and if we had stayed only for a week or a weekend, it wouldn't have bothered me, after a three weeks I was kinda over it. Walking to the beach every morning and evening cannot be beat. Our dog thought she died and went to heaven. Overall good value.
