Flanked by popular 34th and 35th Streets, you’ll be within close proximity and easy access to grocery, restaurants, shops and excursions, many of which within convenient walking distance of your front door. Stroll down to the iconic Newport Beach Pier and Boardwalk to snap a few pictures of the vibrant sunset, retiring back to the home to grill up a delicious barbeque feast on the grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor table with umbrella.



Indoors, serene coastal-inspired spaces envelop you in comfort and style, creating the ideal space for relaxation and rejuvenation between sun-soaked adventures. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Designated tandem parking is available for 2 cars in a shared 4-car garage (midsize/minivans only; no oversized SUVs). Garage dimensions: 80 H x double wide. Additional neighborhood street parking is available (both metered and unmetered).

• This is a lower floor unit. The upper floor unit is a separate property.

    Very lovely property right on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was modern and updated- bathrooms and kitchen. It was perfect for our long weekend.

    We would give this place 4.5 stars if we could. We stayed here a year ago and returned because we loved the house and the location. We parked our car in the garage and only drove it one day. We bring our bikes and walk or bike everywhere. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Plenty of towels are provided. 1/2 star off due to some maintenance issues. The sliding screen door was gone as well as half the doors on the laundry closet. We couldn’t get the light and fan in the middle bedroom to work. If these are fixed, this place would be five stars.

    We had a lovely time. Responses to inquires were prompt. Location was great! Easy walk to grocery store, a park, and of course, the beach! Property was clean and fully stocked kitchen. No need to bring anything but food and spices. Bikes and boogie boards were available as well. We met the owners and they were kind and welcoming.

    Properties floor wasn’t very clean and it definitely had a food smell. No AC, location was amazing and view was great, but with the price i expected it to be cleaner.
