- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please be aware that this home is near a busy nightlife and restaurant scene.
- The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.     Great property just off the beach and walking distance to so many great restaurants. So awesome to not have to worry about parking and getting around. Awesome house and hosts were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

    We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Sight property in Newport! - Like many of the other reviews, yes there is a night and day noise factor related to the amount of pedestrian traffic, vehicles that frequent the neighborhood, (especially the weekend) but when you are located on a street that dead ends at one of the most beautiful beaches in southern California, and a block away from all the local bars and restaurants in the area, noise is to be expected. This is a very active, fun area, so if you are looking for perfect location location location for easy access to the beach, outdoor activities and food and beverage, this is the place for you! The property itself is beautiful older/historical wood architecture, and overall the place is comfortable, the 2nd level patio is the perfect place to chill with friends and family around the fire pit with a partial beach/ocean view and wonderful ocean breezes. The only criticism is the hide-a-bed couch in the den/living room that could use an upgrade. Last but not least, the 'hosts' Nolan and Eduardo were great! Very helpful, friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!!!

    Luckily it wasn’t too hot because there was a nice breeze with windows open. Close to restaurants and but only a little noisy at night. Nicely stocked kitchen. The drip coffeemaker broke but they got us a new one right away. Dinners and fire pit time on the deck upstairs had a lovely view of the ocean and sunset. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner and worked well. Couch in the living room was uncomfortable as the seat cushions kept slipping off. Little fenced yard was great for little kids and dogs. Provided beach equipment was minimal: a couple chairs and sand toys. There were lots of good beach towels and a roller cooler bag but the 2 beach umbrellas were too flimsy for the wind. Best beach location in Newport: flat smooth sand great for kids with some bigger waves for the older ones to boogie board. We had a great time and luckily left the day that Hurricane Hilary hit! What an adventure!

    We had an amazing family beach vacation. The house was clean and modern and so close to the beach. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. great feature! The only negative is that on Saturday, the streets get very crowded and at night, it gets very noisy.

    This beach house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family of four. It was very close to the beach and many restaurants. It is a little noisier being close to downtown, but things settled down during the week. It was very enjoyable on the deck with the beautiful ocean views!
