Stayed Jul 19, 2025Cute older cottage with some modern updates. Great location steps away from the beach. Full fenced yard is great for traveling with kids and pets. Host had great communication during our stay. Would recommend the “Sea Shanty” and stay again if traveling to the area.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025This is a cute little cottage right next to the beach. (Technically 3rd lot back) but it’s right there!Cottage is older, but it was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Even a little fenced in backyard for our corgi (just be careful of the cactuses back there). We spent a LOT of time on the screened in front porch. It was a nice place to sit and relax!Neighborhood and beach are very quiet. Great place for a walk. There is very little traffic. The Broadkill store is a great local store and good for a breakfast sandwich or ice cream. They also have bait and a few essentials.Prime Hook Refuge (on the way in) offered some great trails. Just be very wary of ticks and mosquitos.We would stay here again!

Stayed May 2, 2025Great location and place to stay. Easy communication and convinient for traveling with pets. Only negative was no towels or sheets provided. which was listed in notes but the shop we called had no availability our weekend, something to note and plan for if staying. Would stay again.
