Stayed Feb 12, 2026The house was a great space for our group of three families and it was really clean which is always appreciated. It would have been nice to have additional bedding/blankets available as we were using all the beds including rollaways and had to search for enough to share out. Also not a complaint, just a note, the kitchen comes with the bare minimum of anything useful, there is an excess of pots & pans but basics like oil, seasonings, and picnicware or scissors are not available so do plan for that.There is zero information in the house about how things work, local amenities, check out requirements or any of the normal labelling that you find in a rental house. No directions even to locate the private dock which is lovely but quite hidden! It meant that if you can't figure something out you have to reach out and wait for a response everytime. I just prefer to be more autonomous. We did have difficulty with the pool/spa not heating and though the hosts were responsive it took much longer than it should have to get it fixed in an area where everyone has a pool! We were only able to use it on our last night of five :( In general we enjoyed our stay and time exploring Jensen Beach.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Nice place. Lots of room. And wildlife—peacocks, giant tortoise, rabbits, raccoon..fun to see pass by the enclosed pool area! Not directly ON the water, but just a private path/walk away to nice dock and fishing.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Just need to let owner know that while the front door was locked and we just waited until the code was entered- (not a real issue) After we entered we then checked that all other entries were unlocked (the screen doors to the pool and the sliders to the house) Just wanted to let them know.
