Recently Renovated Gem In Private Neighborhood (2261)

The property was nice but the fence surrounding property is/deteriorated throughout. It was not too secure as my dog nearly escaped a couple of times. It was advertised as pet friendly with a fully fenced in yard, albeit not secure fence. The home Interior was very nice and comfortable.

My husband and I (and our dog Charlie) arrived on Wednesday (11/22/23), around 12:30pm. When we pulled into the driveway, we knew right away that we chose the perfect getaway home. Walking into the house with the open floor plan concept, living room into the kitchen was amazing and beautiful! The house is gorgeous and you can certainly tell it was recently renovated, top to bottom. Including the outside of the house. The house was so clean, spotless!!! You would never know that the owners allow a pet friendly dog to stay at the house. We loved the large fenced in yard, so did our dog! Neighborhood was quite, which we loved.

The various tables and chairs in the backyard were terrific and most of all, the yard was fenced in so our dogs could run free. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of plates, pots, storage containers and there were lots of sand chairs in the shed for our use as well. We had trouble with the TV on our 2nd day due to the various specific Logitech connections, however, the property management team was excellent and provided us with immediate service and a workable solution for us to watch tv. It was great to spend time with family that we don't get to see face to face very often. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with a good meal and cool cocktail.

The pictures are spot on and this property is updated and perfect for a small family and pet. The home even smelled freshly painted. The outside area was perfect with fire pits and fenced in. Even with the demands of cooking a large and extravagant meal, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Not only was it well apportioned, but it was beautifully redone and we had so much counter space. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the convenience of having a washer dryer in the home was unbeatable. I also spent some time working from the home and there was a great desk set up in one of the spare rooms that was exactly what I needed. We enjoyed having fires on the chillier evenings and watching wild turkeys parade through the neighborhood. On top of all of this, we were able to bring our dog which really made the holiday. There was so much stuff for him there that I really felt like he was welcome in the home and the fenced in back yard. The only small issue we had was that the TVs were a little confusing. The streaming services wouldn’t work through the cable box. We typically travel with our Amazon fire-stick to make life easier, but there was no where to plug it in on the main television as it wasn’t a smart tv. Overall, we had an excellent time and would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed the house, especially all the new cookware, the big back yard, grill and firepit.
